    Hi all, asking this after receiving the NOA2 For foreign police checks, is the requirement that you lived in that country 6 months or 12 months? I spent some time in Australia but it wasn’t a full 12 months. Will the required police checks I need be listed in the letter I receive from the embassy? Any help would be appreciated. thanks, Marc

    Congratulations! Do you know If we just need to wait until hearing from the NVC or is there anything we can complete for this visa beforehand? Like police checks etc? thanks, Marc

    Hi all! We have finally had our petition approved and received a letter from USCIS saying the case has been transferred to NVC. What is the correct order of requirements leading up to the interview and onwards? Will I (UK beneficiary) receive a letter stating when to fill in the DS-160 form?     Hi all! Any tips for the actual mailing process for an RFE? I’ve noticed they’ve provided a return envelope but I feel this will be too small for what I’m sending. Is it acceptable to use a standard a4 size envelope instead? The RFE is for the 2 year meeting requirement so I’m hoping exit stamps in the passport and a few other bits will be okay.     Yeah I’m just glad we haven’t had an RFE yet so fingers crossed it’s at least in the queue to be processed!

    Hi all! we applied for the k1 visa last November and were allocated to the California office which has a processing time of 13.5months currently… does this mean it will be 13.5 months until we receive a letter towards the next step or 13.5 months until the entire process is finished? any help would be great! thanks
