The B visa is a “hail Mary pass”. And messing around with that before OP’s pregnancy is to far ing to travel is adds risk.

I have never heard of a normal Pregnancy constituting an Emergency. I suppose they could try but I would not hold out much hope.

In general, a B2 visa is not available for work, and childcare, even for an immediate family member, is considered work, so it might be tough to justify an emergency appointment.

Trying to expedite the B2 for childcare may backfire.

My I485 was approved today. I still see the I130 unapproved, but appears actively reviewed. I will let you know, once I receive more information and the card is being produced.

if i remembered u can take the first dose and submitted the medical with the promise u going to finish 2nd and 3rd dose. so u dont have to wait until the series is completed. talk with ur civic surgeon, i bet u, u are not the only one with that issue. 
 
whats the reason a person doesnt want to get vaccinated for hepatitis B? " i just dont want it" is not strong enough to be exempt. 

Please check the NOA or 751 you received for the EAD. The timing would be there if I am correct.

How do we check for outside processing time? I am June filler. Thank you.

I haven’t had any updates since 7/20 (EAD approval and 485 went to active review). I did see a May filer just had their 485 approved without an interview. Hoping we see more of that or see interviews start getting scheduled. 

I received my ssn last October 19 and right away i open a bank account, and applied for my state id.

It is with great joy that I can confirm my EAD card is being produced. I will keep you posted, once I receive it. But it seems it is not Combo card. Glory to God!! And finally it is time to start looking for a job.

Hey guys, just wanna share my ead was approved today, card is being produced and in my online account it shows combo card approval notice under ead documents.

My spouse's biometrics were done June 22 and we're still waiting. We did get the VJ "any day now" and are hoping it's true, but we're also hoping for AP to come in...

Same here. My biometrics were 7/20 and says actively reviewed, and we do not need nothing at this time. That is what it says. Honestly, it is frustrating, all of us need to start working, and we simply can't do it until the EAD is approved.  I hope they approve your case soon, too. God bless

I wish you nothing but the best. The worst thing about this whole process, it is the actual waiting. Your EAD should come up soon, if you filed in 5/19. From what people have said here, is that a hit or miss. Meaning you get approval super fast, or they make you wait 🥲🥲🥲.
 
Praying so we all here can get our EAD's soon. Is really frustrating when recruiters contact you, and you actually tell them you are not authorized yet to work.

Since 7/22 my EAD and 485 are actively reviewed by USCIS and nothing pending at this point.

Many doctores arent familiar with vaccine waiver and give people wrog information, the doctor who igned my friend medical exam , got mad at her and told her in a bad tone that her petition will be denied and that he never know nobody being lucky doing vaccinacion waiver.
That was unprofessional from his part. I am waiting my friend get her green card on saturday or monday, then i will send a letter to the doctor let him know that my friend got approved with no problem and even interview waived. I will tell him that next time somebody go to get a medical exame with vaccination waiver that dont scare people with his opinion out of the immigration law🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

6/24 USCIS sends SMS saying they acknowledge receipt and assigned a case number per each form filed
6/28 USCIS cashes checks sent
6/30 USCIS I797 came in the mail
7/01 USCIS Case Online scheduled for biometrics
7/05 USCIS sends security code and I can access account
7/20 USCIS Biometrics appointment done
 
Since 7/ 20 my 765 and 485 are actively reviewed by USCIS and nothing pending at this point.

the EAD approved after the biometric right away is hit or missed. some people got it right away, some people dont
i really dont know how they operate to be honest. FYI, friend didnt get combo. only EAD
