28th Oct - Card was produced

Lets hope I receive my EAD card this week or next and actually start working, and also obtain my driving license

We sent in our documents early December and did biometrics yesterday, and the EAD card status changed yesterday to card being produced! And for our main documents, it says now "actively being reviewed" as of yesterday. Anyone else have that too? I wonder what that means exactly. For the i129f, we got an email status response one time that said they're actively reviewing but it still took another 9 months after that to get the visa so I have little trust in this "active review".

Hello everyone, I got my Employment Authorization Document (EAD) approved too a day after my biometrics were taken. I am located in Los Angeles, California. This is my timeline:
12/02/2022: USCIS texted me the NOA1 receipt for combo application received 12/05/2022: NOA1 received in my mailbox (of the three forms) 12/10/2022: Biometrics appointment scheduled 12/29/2022: Biometrics taken 12/30/2022: EAD case approval issued by USCIS Seems December is a game changer for USCIS! I hope they keep up with this timelines so that everyone can get their case approved faster.

You can create an account on USPS and you will have an option under the tab receive to sign up for Informed Delivery.

USCIS should inform you of your tracking code, in any case, as soon as the case status changes to Card Was Picked Up by USPS.

Yes, if mailing goes well. Mine changed yesterday to Produced, and today it was picked up by USPS and I got the tracking code. Should received it end of Week, or early next week, if mailing goes well.

I also just got approved for the EAD! That was fast. Was hoping for the combo card of EAD/AP, but oh well.

We filed and received an acknowledgement for the I-765. With the k-1 visa is an authorization to work for 90 days, according to what I read if we are married and the I-485 and I-765 are filed within the 90 the day period, the authorization to work is automatically extended for up to 540 days. I want to make sure I am understanding this correctly

Now waiting for his visa to be ready and then he will be on his way 😊 the wait to get here feels so hard and long, but it is SO worth it when you get to this point. Despues su NOA2, hay que esperar 2 semanas, mas o menos, hasta que el NVC asigna el un numero SDO#### a su caso. Con eso numero usted puede llenar el DS-160. Y con esto numero puedes hacer una cita con la embajada.

dice aca que usted paga $265 el dia de la entrevista

Hello everyone,

I am very happy because we received RFE June 18th.

I am very happy that they looked at our case, because I was afraid they were gonna look at our case very late.
My fiancé came to Turkey to visit me two days ago, and Case tracker said they will send a mail to him.
that's why now he is going back and come again. it means I can send 2 more luggages back with him😄

I am very excited now. When he get the mail I will tell you what's going on.
I will be happy if you guys share what was your rfe about.🙏
