Hey everyone, We filled on August 22nd 2022. My wife and I had our green card interview today, they approved us the lady said we should get her green card by next week! No expedite. It was a pretty chilled interview, asked to confirm names, birthdays, address. We brought some photos of the wedding, our joint tax form, joint bank account, drivers license with the same address on them and that was pretty much it. Took roughly an hour from parking, security, waiting and then walking back to the car. Received a 2 year green card which then we renew for 10 years but we plan to file for citizenship in 3 years Wish you all the best

Hey, I literally just received an email regarding an update on my AOS. They have scheduled my interview and a confirmation will be sent to my address. I think a lot of people who have applied years ago are still waiting and the people who have recently applied (months ago) are having their applications approved etc.. Does anyone know what the interview consists of? Will my spouse and I both be interviewed together? What kind of questions will they ask? Etc thank you

Hello everyone, I came to the U.S on a K1 visa and we got married within 90 days. we filled for AOS roughly 2 weeks after my I-94 expired. I just received my combo card (EAD,AP) and would like to travel back home (London) with my wife to see my family for 2 weeks. Would there be any problems returning back to the USA in regards to filling AOS 2 weeks after the expiration of my I-94? I’m worried about the ‘overstaying’? Thank you

Hey thank you very much Ive not gotten into any trouble but the only thing is we filed for my AOS roughly 2 weeks after my I-94 expired. Would they see that as a problem do you reckon?

Hey guys, just got my EAD card but I believe it seems to be a combo? I’ve attached a pic of the card also am I right into thinking I can book a ticket back to London for a week and still be allowed back into the USA? Has anyone ever known someone to have issues regarding re-entry with the combo card? Thank you

Quick update guys. 24th Oct - Card being produced 28th Oct - Card was produced Lets hope I receive my EAD card this week or next and actually start working, and also obtain my driving license Hang in there everyone!!

Hey thanks for the replies regarding the license guys I just wanted to let everyone know that I’m assuming my expedite got approved as my case changed to ‘card being produced’ on the tracker! Thank you for all of your help!!

Hmm the problem is I don't have my EAD yet and was wondering if I could some how bypass bringing this in with the other documents you stated

Hey everyone, Has anyone successfully applied for their driving license? Wondering what documents you provided? My I-94 has expired but would showing NOA1 for AOS be sufficient along with foreign passport, bank statement letter and social security letter? I live in Connecticut if that helps! Thank you to all

Hey guys, how do you actually go about expediting your EAD? You speak to Emma and say what exactly? 'I'd like to expedite my EAD and the reason being 'financial loss to a company' And that's it or do you have to explain further? Thank you :)

Hey, did you only recieve 1 letter for your biometrics appointment for both your AOS and EAD? Because I only recieved the AOS biometrics and not the EAD? On the case tracker the AOS reads 'biometrics appointment was scheduled' and the EAD reads 'case was recieved and a receipt notice was sent' Thank you :)!
