I hope so I hear something within 30 days as I wanted to travel out of country to meet my parents. Please let me know if there is something I can do to get my GC early

I called them on 1800-375-5283 and talked to the officer. I also filed Os-155a form. I also have a reference number. It says they will contact me within 30 days. Fingers crossed

Hi ! entered US on July 19,2024. Paid fee on aug 1, 2024. When I check case status it says fee was received. It’s been more than 120 days so I contacted uscis. The officer told me that they will get back to me within 30 days. It’s so irritating. What to do? Hi ! Did you receive your GC?

Priority date- 29 sep 2021 Interview date- 11 July 2024 my interview time was 11:15. They got me in at 11 am. lady at the counter put sticker , gave me the token number and the other person told me to put all my stuff in security basket. after I took lift to go to 2 nd floor. first a lady took all my original docs ( birth certificate, marriage certificate, PCC, tax paper, picture. then I waited for around 45 min. At the other window my number was called. The officer was so good. He was talking to me as he is my old friend. It wasn’t like a question answer interview we were just having a conversation. He said everything looks perfect and congratulated me. I hope my experience will help other person.

I went to my back country last year so I have the updated one. You haven’t visited after that so I do not think you will need any updated one.

When did you get the email regarding Criminal record check from NVC? Oh August 2020 or 2021? Because right now priority date is nov 2021.

No , old one was correct too that was DQ’ed . I just updated it with the latest one that I got one month ago.

Ok ! Yea I also checked some other threads. People said they did not encounter any problem uploading a document after DQ’ed and they did receive their IL.
