Link ..The amended charging document filed today 07/27/2024. Details on Trump getting notice from his attorney that a subpoena for security cameras tapes was served . Same day 2 hours later he makes the call to delete server and next day sends His Man Nauta to Mar Lago to take care of…business. https://www.justice.gov/storage/US-v-Trump-Nauta-De-Oliveira-23-80101.pdf

Evading the point doesn’t lessen the glaring double standard playing out in full view of the public. The harder your “hero” pushes, the less likely he is to convince a jury to convict. And all the while, DJT’s poll numbers will keep getting better, making Sleepy Joe look unable to win. Which begs the question, is this part of a political play to rig the 2024 Presidential Election? Am not sure there are any points …other than Allegations , Evidence and ensuing trial of Defendant “the boss” , His Man Nauta and new Loyal Boy. We will see legal challenges from defense lawyers at trial…as far as I can tell Poor Me…You Should go Catch the Other Guy..doesn’t usually work in court..even with a Trump appointed judge. If he gets elected ..as a convicted felon ..well then as George Carlin puts it..it’s a reflection on the public/ people who vote for him..

Trump "requested" deletion of security footage: The indictment accuses Trump of being part of the effort to delete security footage from Mar-a-Lago, his Florida resort, after it was subpoenaed, saying that Trump “requested” that a resort employee delete footage in order “to prevent the footage from being provided to a federal grand jury.” https://www.cnn.com/politics/live-news/trump-2020-election-probe/index.html

Trump faces additional charges in Mar-a-Lago documents case https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/donald-trump/trump-charged-special-counsel-jack-smith-rcna96742 The federal indictment, filed in the Southern District of Florida, alleges that Trump was part of a scheme to delete security video and that a newly charged defendant — who was identified as a property manager at Trump's Mar-a-Lago residence — told another employee that "the boss" wanted the server deleted. That employee, Carlos De Oliveira, who was a maintenance supervisor at Mar-a-Lago, was charged Thursday … The superseding indictment claims that Nauta and De Oliveira met up at a security guard booth where security video was displayed on monitors and that De Oliveira later stepped into an audio closet with another employee and had a conversation that De Oliveira said should be kept between them … De Oliveira reiterated that "the boss" wanted it done and asked, "what are we going to do?" according to the indictment. That conversation took place in late June 2022, just a few weeks before the FBI searched Mar-a-Lago, the indictment says. After the search, it alleges, Nauta called another Trump employee and asked about De Oliveira. The unnamed Trump employee told Nauta that De Oliveira was loyal and would not do anything to affect his relationship with Trump, according to the indictment. Nauta later wrote in a Signal chat with the representative of a Trump PAC that De Oliveira was loyal, and Trump later called De Oliveira and told the maintenance worker that Trump would get him a lawyer, the indictment says.

Republican who gave speech on Jan 6 , now publicly offering to testify for DOJ Former lawmaker says Trump asked him to overturn the 2020 election but so far special counsel hasn't contacted him Former Rep. Mo Brooks is “mildly surprised” that special counsel Jack Smith’s office has not sought a meeting with him to discuss his accusations that former President Donald Trump urged him to help “rescind” the 2020 election and “violate the U.S. Constitution and federal law.” Brooks, a Republican who represented an Alabama district in Congress, said in an interview that he would meet with prosecutors if they ask. “Yeah, if they asked me to, I’d explain what I know about it. Whether it’s relevant or material, I’m not sure,” he said, continuing: “I was shocked [Trump] was so blatant about it — illegal conduct.” . https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/donald-trump/mo-brooks-trump-overturn-2020-election-rcna96532

According to ABA , the term develop evidence is indeed lawyer talk….but I am sure all prosecutors do a great deal fishing before they catch the big one. https://www.americanbar.org/groups/criminal_justice/publications/criminal_justice_section_archive/crimjust_standards_pinvestigate/ ii) develop legally admissible evidence sufficient to obtain and sustain a conviction of those who are guilty and

The “ demonstration “ unfolded pretty much according to “ plans “ drafted , discussed and in the works since November . ..between Trump , his camp, Liason attorney and his own rallies security force . So timing of speech and crowd movement did not require time travel …or even mind reading . ..just a few Friends In Low Places https://www.jan-6.com/january-6-was-coordinated-attack?gclid=Cj0KCQjw5f2lBhCkARIsAHeTvlgldGilVD0sRUnie8RyXq57RvQXQbR-c1C0nGP5aUaIxfgUklIM_YsaArC0EALw_wcB did set out a comprehensive plan and timeline for the day, setting seven high-profile government buildings near the Capitol as targets. The plan outlined in the document was very similar to the actual events of January 6. The plan was broken into five stages: “Infiltrate,” “Execution,” “Distract,” “Occupy,” and “Sit-In.” The document recommended having at least 50 people approach the seven government buildings, while appearing “unsuspecting.” Once crowds were at the buildings, organizers were supposed to enter the buildings, “causing trouble” if necessary. If crowds were to be unable to enter those buildings, they were instructed to pull fire alarms at other nearby buildings to distract guards and police. Then, protestors were instructed to conduct sit-ins at these buildings, and to chant slogans. Aside from giving details about January 6, the document recommended for protestors to “scope out” the roads nearby the buildings in the

I believe they route the waiver directly the Field Office..so it takes a bit . I also think you will get an Approval/Receipt in one shot . .. -
Yes. On January 6, 2021, President Trump gave an incendiary speech to supporters, lamenting election fraud, urging them to march on the Capitol where Congress was certifying the victory of President Biden, and telling them to “fight like hell.” Critics of the president, including his own acting Secretary of Defense Chris Miller, blamed the remarks for the Capitol riot. …Widely shared extreme rhetoric shifts the so-called “Overton Window,” signaling that an issue is now the subject of acceptable discourse when, in the past, discussing it might have been taboo. Prejudiced elite speech, one study found, is particularly powerful if other elites endorse it, emboldening audiences to declare their own prejudices and act on them accordingly. As one expert noted, referring to President Trump’s anti-Muslim and anti-Hispanic rhetoric: “The president’s rhetoric has helped to shift discourse norms in our country such that it is more acceptable among more people to denigrate and attack other groups of human beings.”

VAWA, Part 26

Not even you chose or thought about doing VAWA abroad 😂. It just so happens that VAWA permits that discretionary benefit to those “stuck” without options. It’s never a guaranteed approval ..therefore definitely not worth considering. Glad you survived…many in IR or K-1 categories waiting alongside you. -

Both you and previous poster are right . ..and new basis won’t help a divorced K-1 spouse. Thanks for refresher..nothing is possible with an uncooperative USC ex, as @Mike E pointed out. If OP has not filed yet..she is out of luck anyway Divorce Prior to Filing Form I-485 While in K-1 Status The likelihood of losing residence in the U.S. increases dramatically if a K-1 visa holder divorces their sponsoring spouse before filing Form I-485. The fiancé must leave the country, as there is no way to apply for a green card in this circumstance. https://www.prideimmigration.com/what-happens-if-i-am-divorced-on-a-k1-visa/

His statement https://apnews.com/article/pence-trump-january-6-capitol-riot-carlson-1e38cb44d55737031ca528b4f33aa1fb#:~:text=“I had no right to,from confronting his former boss. I had no right to overturn the election. And his reckless words endangered my family and everyone at the Capitol that day, and I know history will hold Donald Trump accountable.” Pence's remarks were the sharpest condemnation yet from the once-loyal lieutenant who has often shied away from confronting his former boss.Mar 11, 20

Case returned back to USCIS
Family replied to Doc B's topic in Effects of Major Family Changes on Immigration Benefits
You live in Home Country…so does the Consular Office who interviewed you.. he knows a lot about your culture, religion, social groups, family values and he flagged your case for fraud BEFORE you even told him your wife was 9 months pregnant.. it..does your wife use Facebook or other social media? If she posted about pregnancy , it’s likely they knew already. Can you defend this case..NO. ..for all the reasons others have pointed out. But you are stuck..because unless you overcome fraud findings you will never get any visa to the US -
Tough call..laugh and wiggle my toes or clench my fists and grit my teeth …

As I understand it, K-1 spouse need a new basis to adjust ( a new USC husband)..a bit premature since OP just married ..and not sure bonafides would pass either @Timona’s infamous test or USCIS threshold…for what I presume is a very short lived marriage. Add to that the fact that when a USC pet/spouse “ withdraws “ anything ( I-130 , I-129 F) ..the first thing they pull is financial support… Hopefully OP clears up a few details.
