Have not yet watched the whole Willis testimony..but Oh My Lord ! sparks flew! Nathan Wade did feel the heat of relentless hard ball questions . At first he faced “ relationship “ questions head on by offering timeline of sexual contact.. Have yet to finish watching Fani Willis ..but Holy Cow ! ..they got under her skin. Not sure why she gave in so quickly on refusing to testify.

Judge is excellent at handling so many attorneys at the same time. It’s the first time I see a witness getting rapid fire questioning from attorney after attorney…after attorney. Prelude of actual trial when it starts. ‘Nathan Wade was sweating bullets , in the literal sense , clearly not used to be on the other side of the podium . Fani Willis is up now. Strong start, she made them pause and provide her copies of pleadings😂😂

You will not be able to file I-130 for child until you complete ( and prove 2 years of both Legal AND Physical custody . DCF now ,does not make sense as child does not qualify File for your husband now as you can manage the timing of his visa . ..and delay it until your adoption is finalized and you meet the 2 years . At that point ( in the future ) you can try DCF for child to travel w your spouse , barring that file w USCIS and request expedite

She does need to at least try a congressional inquiry. How was the first interview ? Any potential flags ( type of questions, inconsistent answers…)? It is out of norm for a 2nd interview to be required …but the long delay is SOP in cases where they referred case to fraud unit. She is also justified in filing a WOM action

N600 certificate of citizenship
Family replied to Toni1's topic in Passports, etc. - What to do now that you are a US citizen
You are partially correct . I take no credit for my N-600 ..barely recall the event. I will insist , politely , on this post that one needs to be very careful about rescheduling and keep proof. Errors /circumstances do happen and even non receipt of notice WILL NOT be overcome w AAO…sadly this I have a few hands on experiences. https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/err/E2 - Applications for Certification of Citizenship/Decisions_Issued_in_2021/MAR152021_01E2309.pdf In the present matter, the record reflects that the Director denied the Applicant's Fonn N-600 due to abandonment. Although we note that the Director indicated in the denial letter that the Applicant could appeal the decision to our office, the regu -
About to start K1 Process. AWA Arrest/Acquittal/Expungement

He should only submit certified disposition from the court. ..definitely NOTHING from his own home copies. Of proceedings. ‘I take it that you are solid in your trust of him..as there is only you deciding for your little one too. most he can run his own FBI, make a written request to the arresting agency just to obtain a Custodian of Record letter that says No Record Found. You are right they do review and can delay both fiancé and spousal cases…but K-1 will NOT survive consular pushback. -
It appears you first responded to the RFE by mail. Your response should have had ; 1. Copy of RFE 2. Sealed medical 3. All I-864 financial asked for . If you did that and have proof of mailing , then you are fine… Yes you may have created some confusion by later uploading an INCOMPLETE response to the RFE…since patient /applicant copy of I-693 do not satisfy item 2. ‘’Advise is to relax in the confidence that you can overcome any issues …if they come up

Best strategy . ..as delays could ensue on fiancée case. Some still take into consideration the nature of our judicial system ..most public version being OJ Simpson ‘s finding of innocence . That being said , the disposition from the court will suffice …along with a ( legalese ) description of law under which records were sealed /destroyed. If you were factually innocent, the judge can order the arrest records sealed and destroyed. . Some courts also have local forms you can use. ), the attorney who represented you at trial might be able to file the request to seal and destroy the records. -
I for one did not know “Trumpettes’’ was a real term used by Republican women . Chilling scare tactics to divide . Trumpettes serve up 'mega MAGA' menu at gala featuring Trump World stars The Donald Trump fan club Trumpettes' promised "mega MAGA" event lived up to its billing Saturday night at Mar-a-Lago. PALM BEACH — The Donald Trump fan club Trumpettes' promised "mega MAGA" gala lived up to its billing Saturday night at Mar-a-Lago. Actor Robert Davi improvised a version of Frank Sinatra's "My Way" in which he crooned "Trump did it his way." U.S. Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia decried "communist Democrats" she warned are "coming after your money." And a rough-hewn, hardline immigration proponent said to be on Trump's list for a Cabinet-level post vowed "we're going to fix this (expletive)" at the southern border.https://www.palmbeachpost.com/story/news/trump/2024/02/11/trumpettes-mega-maga-gala-features-trump-marjorie-taylor-greene/72490253007/

My knowledge is 4 plus years old . ..and parent was paroled in to say farewell to critically injured son . ..they just took a chance and showed up at the border with proof Now , it appears one makes an appointment just to get to CBP on Mexico border .. https://www.cbp.gov/about/mobile-apps-directory/cbpone#:~:text=All noncitizens without documents sufficient,in Central or Northern Mexico. https://helpspanish.cbp.gov/s/article/Article-1639?language=en_US#:~:text=U.S. Customs and Border Protection,a U.S. Port of Entry. Perhaps you are expecting the N-600 process to be like applying for a passport. It is not. The case has not yet been “ approved”, as you assume. Do remember you only get ONE shot at this , so use caution to see it through. If you have already decided not to come back for the interview date , you need to keep written record of your reschedule request and follow up. https://www.uscis.gov/forms/all-forms/n-600-application-for-certificate-of-citizenship-frequently-asked-questions Will I be interviewed? Not all applicants for a Certificate of Citizenship are required to appear for an in-person interview. USCIS will determine, based on the evidence submitted in support of your application, whether you are required to appear in person for an interview USCIS Decision What happens if USCIS approves my Form N-600? If USCIS approves your Form N-600, USCIS will issue you a Certificate of Citizenship. If you are over 14 years of age, you will be scheduled to appear at a USCIS office to take the Oath of Allegiance if the Oath of Allegiance ceremony is not conducted on the same day as the interview. If you are under the age of 14, you may not be required to take the Oath of Allegiance. -
