  • Our Story
Cesar and I met during Carnival 2008, a friend invited him to meet Barranquilla) was first looking for friendship, until we were confident friends, hahahaha! were in contact through email and phone calls, then returned in May with his parents on vacation and asked me to meet him in Cartagena, there I was with my daughter, we talked all night and my last night in Cartagena were talking to us he dawn to say goodbye we melted into a hug, but the attempt to kiss me for a moment not permitted, but he took my face in her hands and kissed me, that was the best of my life and from there have not stopped talking for a single moment, he travels to Colombia for at least 3 times a year and soon we will be happy together for the rest of our lives, thank God for this blessing

  1. I posted in that form because she is going to apply to update her status based on marriage.
  2. Exactly, she entered like a domestic /personal worker
  3. Hi VJ's My sister entered with an B1 visa on 2011, never renewed. she got married with an US citizen a couple months ago, and now she wants to apply for a permanent residence. A paralegal is helping her with the papers and forms that they need to file, my question is: does my sister need to apply for a new EAD or just renew it? Thanks in advance.
  4. Hi Guys, Its have been long time since I finalized all process regarding immigration that I posted something here. OK. Now it is for a friend. Here it's her story Her daughter petitioned her, but she doesn't want to give her the Affidavit. (My friend has paying for everything, her daughter only signed the petition) A couple days ago she receive an email from NVC saying her case was approved for a visa, but she needs to file for affidavit and DS-260. my question is: Can I give AOS to my friend without her daughter? or her daughter needs to give the AOS alone? or Can I give the AOS as co-signer but needs her daughter's signed and documents? In the info that NVC sent her shows the daughter's name to AOS Please, any advice is going to be appreciated. Thanks
