    GLORY AND HONOR BE TO GOD. After exactly three weeks of waiting, my oath ceremony has finally been scheduled. I just got an email from USCIS for the update. I logged into myUSCIS account and got the letter in my documents. I have an international travel scheduled 8 days after the oath ceremony. How can I get a passport within this short number times ? Inbox me if you have any tips on that. Thanks 🙏 🙏 🙏

    Just as @OldUser said. I went to the interview with all my printed copies; just in case of. They never asked for it, but it's always good to have than to ever get to give this reply: Sorry officer I forgot to print it.

    I guess they got married after they were denied the k-1 Visa. The issue now could be the gap between the k-1 Visa denials and the CR1 approval. That country of origin is flagged by USCIS as a high immigration fraudulent place. I guess again ,he wants to look at All these factors before taking his decision to call him for the N-400 interview. He should lawyer up if he is called back for the same interview.

    I witnessed peoples receiving the physical copies of their appointment right after they had already gone through with the oath ceremony. In that case they went to their interview with the copy printed from their myUSCIS account.

    Yeah 👍 Print the transcript from the IRR website. They may not even ask it, but always good to be on the safe side. Praying for a good outcome during your interview.

    The new N-400 civics test took effect on October 20, 2025, for all applicants filing Form N-400 on or after that date. Those who filed their application before October 20, 2025, will take the previous version of the test. New test effective: October 20, 2025. Applicants affected: Those who file Form N-400 on or after October 20, 2025. Previous test: Applicants who file before this date will continue with the 2008 version.

    The old or the new test depends on the filing date. So those who filed before are still taking the 💯 questions test.

    It's gonna be okay after reviewing your immigration history. I think that that something was missing there. That's why I guess he asked the question relates to the work permit, meanwhile you entered the USA with an immigrant status entitled to a green Card; Not a working permit.     Congratulations 🎉 🎉 🎉 🎉. In most states and in many cases, it's usually between two to six weeks. In my case, the officer told me after the interview that I was gonna received my oath scheduled notice in three weeks. But sometimes, it can be more quicker depending on the field office workload oaths ceremonies. I'm in Dallas Texas.

    Yeah 👍 It's just to list them "if" you have worked within those three or five years. If you haven't worked; nothing to worry about. I have witnessed peoples having citizenship without any jobs history.
