ABU DHABI - DQ - When will I get my IL?

My wife and I have been waiting 15 months since DQ for an interview for our IR1 visa and it will likely be another 6 months or so at the pace they are going. Not sure if IR5 is in a different queue or not but if it is anything like the IR1 queue you should look into transferring to a different country. -
So far they have only gotten to February 2nd 2023 DQs at Abu Dhabi and seem to only be getting through ~4 days of backlog a month. I can't transfer myself since my spouse is Emirati but since you are Iranian it seems like you have options, you should be able to request a transfer through the NVC public inquiry form. That's all the info I have, you might want to look around for other Iranians to see where they have had success. Good luck!
