Hi guys I’ve been DQ’d for Spousal Green card 1R1 since March 2023 and till now January 31st I still haven’t gotten an Interview letter. Abu Dhabi embassy UAE. Any idea when this can happen as this is taking forever and I am tired of waiting.

Hi there guys, I’m having difficulties on my next stage with NVC, I am the applicant while my wife who is the main sponsor and petitioner, I live abroad and my mother in law is my joint sponsor. I received and RFE from NVC requesting that I the applicant should be added as an household member and when I try to be added as an household member it’s requesting that I submit form I-864A and proof of relationship. Now my question is, who should submit this form? Me or my sponsor who’s my wife or the joint sponsor who happens to be my mother in law? I’m curious as this is causing a huge delay in my case right now before we move to the consular embassy processing. Somebody please help me understand better thank you.
