Hey guys, I got a DQ! At around 6 PM EST last night 23.11. I submitted the last required docs on 24th November. Good luck to everyone else. 

I was DQ'd 31st Jan, received interview email on the 7th Feb, interview booked for 2nd March.
 
London are moving quickly, hopefully you'll get yours soon.

After the NVC DQ's the application it is forwarded to the local consulate. The consulate will schedule it and then you'll get an email from the NVC with the interview date.

Just got the DQ email!!! Submitted all paperwork 15th nov. Realised a couple of days ago I had made a mistake uploading docs so rectified that this weekend and just got the email today!!!

Here is NVC timeframe update for today:

I'd suggest submitting the new document ASAP before NVC reviews your case. Because once your first submission is reviewed and they ask you to submit a new document, you go back in the queue and will have to wait for another 3 - 4 months.

Yes we did this 2 days before the application was approved. We didn't upload any "required" documents, just uploaded a corrected i864 in additional documents.

If I were you, upload the correct documents under the correct name in additional documents. Do upload or change any documents that are in the required documents section. 
 
I had forgotten to upload my W2 and didn’t realize till 2 months after. When I uploaded in additional documents it didn’t affect my submission date and I was DQ’d on time.

Everyday I optimistically check our case status, and every day I am disappointed. Today I checked, but expected more of the same. However, as of today we have the actively reviewing status for the second time! So, my optimism is back!!

Hi everyone, I'm new here so catching up.
We filed beg March 2021 online, it went to Nebraska service centre. Got NOA1 straight away. It was under active review from around  April - September.  Got approved beg Sept, now we are at NVC stage. 
My husband is USC and I am Australian and we are filing from switzerland

Our i130 was approved today (August 20). We submitted the i130 application on March 3rd. So that’s about 5.5 months.
 
I’ve learned that it is best not to worry about which processing center you were assigned, and the wait times published by uscis.
 
Online after applying it was Nebraska, NOA1 was from Texas, NOA2 was from California. And the Uscis site says California takes about 2 years to process i130’s. Go figure
