I 485, I 130 and I 765 January 2019.                          Interview was scheduled August 2019 but because of how abusive my wife was to me on the day of the interview my I 485 was held in abeyance                                                                        I 360 Oct 2019.                                                                  RFE Aug 2021 for good moral character, shared residence and Good faith marriage.                          RFE received Oct 2021                                                      New Card is being Produced January 2022.

She/he meant that they had to submit the out of normal processing times form as USCIS failed to process the case in timely manner.

I applied in sep 2019
Got an Rfe after a month of so for good moral character
After I responded to the rfe I got prima facie 2 times. 
Around mid last year I got a notice of intend to deny which was returned due to address change. I wrote two letters requesting for the noid to be resend and finally after a few months it was send to me. I responded before the 33 days deadline. And today I got the decision the form 1360 was approved.  I am still waiting for the letter which explains the next steps I should take. The total process took about 2years and 4 months. 

Rosa if i remember correctly, i think your applied in Nov 2019?
 
If yes then i would say do not do that right now. USCIS is taking 23 to 30 months. Even if you contact them most likely you will get the standard response form them that your case is within normal processing time. 
 
I can understand your situation. I applied a month after you.

They are checking if you have a criminal record.They check every VAWA petitioner.
The I-360 doesn't take 3 years to be adjudicated, it takes around 19/22 months.

My I-360 application is more than 33 months now pending security checks. I don't think your information is correct on this . 

What's exactly security check and how does that work? Are they checking our divorces with the judge/court, interviewing our ex spouses, inquire with the police, reach out to our home countries or our work places?
Did the I-360 take 3 years for approval or the i485? How often does USCIS do security check?
I don't want to wait 3 years for my case and after that for i485 more years. I was fingerprinted so many times already, have no criminal records which I send the proofs from my country and from here.

Hello, sorry i just checked it. I filled I-360 on November 2017 and approved on September 2019. Today I get a biometrics appointment letter for 12/03/21

No idea. My theory is that USCIS/FBI has contracts with powerful wizards who ferment our petitions in their cauldrons for several years to magically predict which of us are terrorists. No other explanation seems rational enough to explain the time they take. 

I really hope and wish that you hear good news from USCIS.

One Nov 2019 approval recently. 

Of course not. Plus the letter doesn't do anything to me as my green card expired and when they were giving me stamps in my passport they took it from me, which they should not...so now only my stamp is valid as I cannot show my letter without the expired green card.

You havent received approval yet>? you are out of processing time i guess,
