Good morning everyone, hope everyone is getting all their prayers answered. my question is when uscis stamp your forms to say received but send them back so u can send to the correct address should I use new forms or the same forms stamp send to the new location?

Hello guys I have been trying to figure out where I should send my daughters I-485 in 2 years now I don’t know if someone can help me. I can’t take a pic or upload so the I-797 notes 1360 approval the above petition has been approved self petioner. You should contact you local uscis office to obtain a i-485 to register resident. the nvc process all approved immigration via petitions that need consular actions. The nova also determine which consolidate pose is appropriate consulate to compete visa processing. It will forward approved petition to that consulate… so I send the i485 to Essex River RuN i got a blue paper back that it’s not in their jurisdiction. Should it be going to NEBRASKA OR LOVAL USCIS OFFICE MEANS THE ONE IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD?

Her approved I-360 notice deb 11 2020 states that “the above petition is approved” this is the part I don’t understand“you should contact the local Uscis office to obtain a form I-485, application for permanent resident. the nvc processes all approved immigrant visa petitions that need consular action. The nvc also determines which consular post is the appropriate consulate to complete visa processing. It will then forward the approved petition to the consulate. I had sent an adjustment to the local office but the congress said it wasn’t acknowledged so I am to resend it. I would like to know which office. I called Uscis customer care rep but they can’t help me. it states she’s the self petitioner as well on the approved I-369
