  1. Watching Republican response to SOTU. Sorry, NB, but Katie Britt is rather massively cuter than Hillary, Pelosi, AOC, and all your other crushes. And she's quite authentic, including her anger.
  2. Was following the live blog on Redstate.com. Best comment there was, "I want to see the tox report [on Bidementia]."

  4. You KNOW Biden's Southern Border Is a DISASTER When Reuters Asks Babylon Bee If Their Border Joke Is TRUE The Babylon Bee is really good at what they do. So good, in fact, that Reuters emailed their Editor-in-Chief, Kyle Mann, to ask if their story about ballot boxes installed at the border wall was true. 5. I still want to know who's funding these illegals as they travel -- who's paying for food, diapers, medicine, and baths. I'm especially curious how these people always seem to be well-dressed in clean clothes when they come across the river -- shouldn't they be filthy and bedraggled? The first answer should be to the question of who supplied them with the "Biden, Let Us In!" t-shirts that so many were wearing early during this invasion.
  6. Yee-HAAAAA! [Note to T-B.'s self: Jokes worked again... jokes worked again... ]
  7. Wonderful! Thanks for returning with the happy update.
  8. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Local Man Thankful Americans Fought Revolutionary War So He Doesn't Have To Call Cookies 'Biscuits' MADISON, WI — As he prepared to complete his lunch by enjoying a delicious chocolate chip cookie, a local man was profoundly thankful that American colonists fought the Revolutionary War so he didn't have to call cookies "biscuits." 13. 14. Thoughts about this concept? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ These US cities will pay you up to $15,000 to move there [...] known as worker relocation incentive programs, these cash carrots are available across the country but share the same general premise: lure workers who have geographic flexibility with financial incentives and other perks, such as free gym memberships, co-working facilities, and even dinner with the mayor. A couple of the most lucrative offers hit five figures, and some also offer homebuyer incentives. According to MakeMyMove.com, an online marketplace connecting remote workers with locations making offers around the US, the number of cities offering such incentives has more than doubled in recent years. 15. These points were made on the Clay Travis/Buck Sexton show, along with the idea that when you risk something, there should be a distinct up-side, whereas Bidementia's run for reelection is all risk on the down-side -- if he falls once more or becomes incoherent when the media can't mask it. Not sure if I'll listen to the SOTU debacle on Thursday, but certainly he'll be so drugged that anything might happen.
  16. Very interesting reading! However, "the deep cold of late January and early February will soon give way to more springlike temperatures — springlike for the subarctic, that is. Still lots of -20s" is... uh... Kind of a city boy here, and where would the rental car be abandoned? The drop charge would probably be prohibitive.
  17. And classical, nonstop projection. It's textbook.
  18. "Nice chrysanthemum status youse got there. Be a shame if anyt'ing happened to it." Dissing current girlfriends Hillary, Pelosi, & AOC! Reported!!!
  19. Or, gone to No Labels or even the Demo-rats. Certainly gone to a plush job with CNN or PMSNBC.
  20. Stretching (or straining) the limits of fairness, maybe the abogada or Notario concluded that it would take 1 year to reschedule. More likely, the "authority" didn't know what she was talking about.
  21. Thrilling Wednesday-on-Thursday report, see belatedly man: This was a rather eventful day, si man. We had to arise at o'dark-Many to get Mini-B. to his Band sectional, man. The Band director sent an early e-mail saying that this was canceled, man. After dragging tail listlessly for the extra time, we got Mini-B. to skool at regular time, groggy we man. We then drove straight to favorite auto shop in hopes of a much-need T-B.-mobile oil change, si man. Fortuitously, they could fit us in right then, change we man. Owner had just returned after vascular surgery, and we pleasantly caught up, schmooz we and he man. We remembered to ask for a battery check while there, just coherent enough we man. Battery was weak, good thing we asked man. New battery was delivered and installed within minutes, pleasant surprise man. The final bill was $Many, slight discount from owner man. The radio settings in the T-B.-mobile held, only clock and day/date reset man. We now need not worry about battery out-conking on a hot day, peace of mind man. It was now just half-of-half past Many (2x2x2 +2) a.m., early man. We were sleepy and hungry, bad combination man. Brunch was at BK*, ingest we man. *bought WUOC, financially savvy we man We then returned to the casa for a siesta at Many (2x2x2 +2+1) a.m., zzz we man. At half-past 1 p.m., we went to Mama T-B.'s, aforementioned trouble with CD application man. Group call with bank yielded same answer as before, to blazes with them man. We helped Mama T-B. sign up for a different CD elsewhere, approval pending man. We got out just in time to hit Mini-B.'s skool traffic, man. Today was ex-Mrs.-T-B.'s non-Two-Guys eve with Mini-B., no rush for us man. Indignant miu demanded treats and lunch, service miu we man. Din-din was onecan of Aldi chili, ingest we man. We then took siesta #2, re-zzz we man. Mini-B. returned at regular time, return ex-she man wee man man. Ex-Mrs.-T-B. was starting to get frazzled about Hawaii trip with the Rojo, Friday morning man. Flight to Hawaii is distinctly longer than flight to Ecu, amazing man. We hope that it rains nonstop, it's expen$ive, and they're jet-lagged, man. Mini-B. bombed his History test, man. We wrote the teechur to ask how to remediate it, sigh man. Mini-B. thought that he passed his Non-P-Math test, fingers crossed man. We are nearly out of some of our most crucial VJ-activity junk food, mandatory restock Thursday man. Several local ESs/GSs have already been advertised for the weekend, hopeful we man. No party with the rubias tonight, still groggy we man. We are happy with the accomplishments of today, including the siestas, conclude we man.
  22. There's still just enough time left on this Wednesday to supply our Semiofficial Semiweekly VAWA-Thread Joke: ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ KNOCK KNOCK! Knock knock! Who's there? Max! Max who? Max no difference who it is -- just open the door! Knock knock! Who's there? Midas! Midas who? Midas well let me in! Knock knock! Who's there? May! May who? Maybe I'll tell you, maybe I won't!
  23. Oh, brother... primaries... 1. "Queen Sheila" (Sheila Jackson Lee) wiped out her very credible opponent in her U.S. House race. 2. The 2- or 3-term District Attorney for the county encompassing Houston, Kim Ogg, who was flawed but not that bad, was massacred by her former employee Sean Teare, who uncannily resembles Gov. Hair Gel of California and plastered the airwaves with ads funded by George Soros. Teare's ads mentioned nothing about faithful adherence to law; rather, the emphasis was on "justice" and discretion/diversion/etc. It's highly likely that he'll be another Soros disaster. The question is whether the public (and Houston's new mayor) will abide it.
