I just want my fiancée to come here.... I don't know what the point of barring I-129F and I-130 beneficiaries was. They are such a small portion of travellers, and tests have been widely available in most developed countries for months now. Plus quarantine is a thing.

I started a post recently to discuss K1 visa processing and effects of the Schengen travel ban: 
 
 
I was looking to just talk to others who are also waiting and to share any information, updates and things like that concerning our cases. Unfortunately my post was closed by someone who thought that it was about the same thing as this one.
 
But this post seems to only be about traveling to the US by going through a non travel ban country for 14 days, which doesn't help the actual K1 visa case at all because the embassies aren't issuing K1's due to the travel ban. I don't have any current plans to travel to the US through another country just to visit, so that's not what I wanted to discuss. The embassy still have my passport and hopefully my fiancé is coming to Sweden in the beginning of next year to visit me, so at this time the only reason for me to go through another country would be if I could do it with my visa and come to stay.
 
I only ready through the past two pages of this thread... and I feel very disappointed that mine was closed down, because we're not talking about the same thing at all. But since I was told to write here instead, is anyone here interested in talking about the actual K1 visa processing and what's going on with the travel ban and any new information and so forth and just help to keep each other updated?

This is the maximum documentation that you will need for any embassy to prove you are above the poverty level and won't become a ward of the state..
 
EVIDENCE OF SUPPORT: You must submit any evidence which will show that you and members of your family who will accompany you are not likely to become public charges while in the United States. Visa petitioner (US Citizen) will have to complete form I-134. If the petitioner does not qualify as a sponsor, a Joint-Sponsor should present (any US Citizen living in the US or Legal Permanent Resident), who will also have to complete form I-134. Both the Sponsor (Petitioner) as well as the Joint-Sponsor, will have to present last year's income tax return transcripts. W2 form and proof of current and sustainable income (e.g., letter of employment on letterhead including salary and start date, most recent salary receipts, bank accounts, the value of properties, etc.). You may download the I-134 affidavit at https://www.uscis.gov/i-134. Bank statements in place of a letter from the bank will work just fine. Print the statement that shows the opening balance for a month and the closing balance for that month. Do that for 12 months—no need to print off all pages of a bank statement.

Use this link to determine the income levels needed https://www.uscis.gov/i-864p. I have added a screen shot of a short cut you can take and that is copying only the statement page with the beginning balance at the start of the month and the ending balance for the end of the month. Much easier.

I just called and got my case and invoice numbers. There was no wait and the agent told me they entered it on Oct 13. She told me I would get an email when my case ships, but due to pandemic and Frankfurt embassy being closed they don't know when. My noa2 was sept 24. I'm happy to be at this stage😁

I've been following this thread, but never posted. Thought I would post to update and give more accurate info for the timeline. I opened my phone and saw a notification from one of the apps it says I am approved!! My Noa1 date was March 3rd. I'm so happy I didnt get an RFE, because we met online. I was so worried I had messed up again, because I sent it in twice before but it was rejected due to dumb errors I made.
To everyone else waiting I hope this gives u motivation and hope.
