NOA2 received today! NOA1 received 3/10/2020. 🥳🥳🥳

Hi, everyone! Been following this forum for some time, but hadn’t responded yet. I sent our visa application in around 3/10 and just received the NOA2 today!

It's not unusual to receive one form of notification and not receive the other, snail mail. No one can predict why or when. I've been helping people for a long time and during your process it can be taxing on you. But, in the end more than 98% of the applications are approved. So, sit back, check the link from the post above mine and stay calm. Good luck and stay engaged. 

Good morning Marchers, I woke up this morning to my NOA2 approval on email! The apps did not have this update. We were a March 9 NOA1 date.
 
I hope you all get some good news soon and that we can put the longest part of our unprecedented process behind us!

Update time, filers!
 
We must remember that this week was a holiday in the USA (indigenous peoples day/Columbus Day), so we're down a full day!
 
That being said, March has had roughly 10% of cases approved now. 
 
There were 56 extra RFEs added in the last 4 days. This week also saw 86 New approvals, bringing the total for March to 413.

@Shaz1 I really hope so too! It does seem that they are taking their time through the early March dates, that's for sure. 😊

We have the same receipt dates, March 18th, hope our time is coming soon.

I know it’s hard for all of us when we have to be away from the people we love for so long. I just keep reminding myself that this COVID thing is out of all of our control and we have to make the best of it. The way I see it is a lot of people have lost loved ones, died, lost their businesses, lost their jobs, etc. We’re still alive and healthy, we just have to wait a bit longer to get what we want. A lot of people have a lot worse, we’ve just been mildly inconvenienced but having to wait a bit longer. We’ll get there eventually and when we finally make it, it’ll be that much sweeter. I can’t stress myself out about something that’s totally out of my control. Your situation is a bit different however, figuring out what to do about the partner visa is complicated. I hope you find the right answer!
 

Just got our NOA2 today!
 
NOA1 was 3/05 so almost 7.5 months. 

RFE answered - we had a missed box checked - that's it!!! Easily fixed... approval should be soon, right???😅
