  6. My wife had all her Immigration cards and such in her maiden name due to her home countrys passport. everything here in the states in her married name. When it asked for her legal name on N-400 we put her married name there. Naturalization Cert came in her married name.
  7. Your Marriage license also lets you change your last name. You can go to social security, drivers license and bank with your marriage license and change your name. Have you thought of that?
  8. My wife renewed her Philippine passport befor she had a greencard, wasnt a problem. Just needed her expired passport. She was undocumented at the time.
  9. Well if they do a better job in your opinion then follow their advice. I believe the work being forginen is for AOS of overstays who supported themselves BEFOR their immigration process. When you came on a K-1 that visa has its own stipulations.
  10. We tell you how to do it legally. We have rules on this Forum that prohibit talk about Skirting the process. That is best left to the Lawyers, They love to fight the system with other peoples money.
  11. Here I googled "Working illegally on a K-1 Visa", do as you see fit. Working on a K-1 Visa: Risk of Working Without an EAD That being said, if you work illegally while in the United States on your K-1 visa, you would be in direct violation of your K-1 visa status expectations. You then risk your opportunity to adjust your status and will not be able to apply for or receive a green card. Some people decide to work illegally while they are awaiting clearance to work with a pending K-1 visa. Working illegally is a violation of your visa status—and if you're not in valid visa status, you're not eligible to adjust status and get a green card. Consult an immigration attorney for details.
  12. That is medical info Ambulance is not free to share without court orders. no bloodwork no evidence.
  13. This was for a 1994 record. I'm not sure when they went electronic. You might be able to get the info from Freedom of information as this is fairly recent entry. Back in the 90s everything was paper and her freedom of information request came up blank. See if you can search the I94 website, file for freedom of information (its free) and as a last resort do an I-102
  14. We had to File an I-102 to get my wifes I-94 info for AOS. Took about 7 months back in 2017. https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=2ahUKEwj91by64sn9AhVXjIkEHWjIDiAQFnoECAgQAQ&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.uscis.gov%2Fi-102&usg=AOvVaw2dmKzwg31JbQcczfqvw6JZ
