  1. I’m really sorry about your situation. I suffered the same. The best you can do is not show any anger or any emotions because this is what makes her happy. please, google or put in YouTube “narcissist grey rock” . This is how I learned how to dealt with her.
  2. What is not correct? If I’m your country I had a B1/B2 visa valid por 10 years. I share my experience, please doesn’t say something that you don’t know
  3. When we needed to upload ours we typed a small explanation, printed, signed and uploaded back. I hope this can help you
  4. The answer is no. You don’t apply for a tourist visa every time you need to travel. The B1/B2 visa is valid for 10 years
  5. I think you are a little bit confused. He will not be required to take all the vaccines that a person need to take since the birth. Some vaccines need to be take in certain ages and different reasons. He will probably receive a recommendation from the physician about the necessary ones. You can try to email the doctor before the appointment and ask this. I did it and took all my needed vaccines in a lab that I choose.
  6. What medical records are you talking about? Before the interview your spouse will be asked to go to a doctor recommended by the US Embassy. And this records would be delivered to him/her directly or sent to the Embassy. The only previous information that he/she need to show is the vaccination records. Good luck
  7. Are you in the process to obtain a K-1 visa?
  8. Your options being an British national are the same that everyone else. To live here you need a resident visa. @Letspaintcookies give you some good options, and IMO those are some options: CR1 (Married one), EB-5 (investors) if you have a business and want to invest ateou 500k to 1M or DV (visa Lottery). Having a US kid will not help you until here is 21 and ready to apply for you but this probably is not your goal. Good luck
  9. This is not a DIY case. You will need a good immigration lawyer because what you did was lie to the US Government. This can bite you really hard. Are you a US Citizen now?
  10. Did you listed him as your son in your forms when you get your visa?
  11. You are 41 and married with a 27 from a cultural background completely different from yours. There is a lot of things to work on it there but is definitely not an immigration issue. IMO you need to learn more about her an maybe communicate better. Did you ever moved to another country before? Is a biiig and overwhelming situation that each person deal in a different way. When I moved to here I was soooo depressed that my only scape was speaking with my friends on my phone because my husband was out all day. If you don’t take the time to speak with her to try to understand instead of just complaining I don’t think that you will find the solution alone.
  12. @andrecfa Your situation have more red flags than a Chinese parade. Looks like a visa shopping. Maybe I’m old fashion but you are still married and have a plan to when divorced marry the friend of your wife that you doesn’t have a long (none) relationship?? If you are really in love with the new person why don’t you file for divorce, to travel back to your country, take the time to meet this person better and than decide to marry? Just for curiosity, how old are you, your current wife and the new one? And which country are you from?
  13. You will use your Passport and not your Green card or extension letter. Those are to return to the US. Your green card is a proof of your residency in the US. Is not a international document for traveling.
  14. They will put you at the end of the line. Every time they ask for something new this will happen. My case was delayed for 7 months back in 2018 because of that. Sorry
