    Yes.
Keep checking your case status as soon it should show the tracking number for your GC delivery.

If they told you to wait 30-60 days thn you should wait, it’s normal. I know people who waited like two months and they were approved and keep checking your status. The approved my case in a day, it also depends where are you living.

No the feds for 131 are not required.  You will submit all applications together and the fee for 485 will cover.

You don't need to pay the fees when you file everything together. You can send everything in the same envelope ( application for AOS, EAD & AP separated inside ). Add a cover letter for each application and write in the ones for EAD and AP that you're filing these concurrently with the AOS.

Spain is not that difficult embassy from which to receive a visa from. I doubt they will even ask for chat logs. If you feel comfortable you can do the translation yourself. But, again chat logs are not part of the required documents for the interview.

    This from your embassy's website:

Translations (original & copy): All documents not in English, or in the official language of the country in which application for a visa is being made (Spanish), must be accompanied by certified English translations. Translations must be certified by a competent and registered translator. The original document that is being translated must also be presented with the original translation.

According to the website they are not requesting any proof of a relationship. Follow what they are asking for.

Are you referring to Milligan v. Pompeo case? If so, it's too late to join that case.

A lawyer will always take your money.

Embassies are beginning to open and processing K-1s. In my opinion it will be just a little more time before they get to your record with the backlog they have. Also, consider that if you have had an interview and your case is stuck then this lawsuit could help you but if you haven't even had your interview then this is not going to have a affect for you since the embassies are already beginning to process K-1's again. But it's your money.

BTW this is already a thread on this topic. That's where a question like this should be a part of. Just saying.
