As @Greenbaum noted, it's largely irrelevant. 
 
Since this site asks for the "notice date" in its edit timeline area, and builds a prediction model relying on consistent use, that's what I entered.  Ultimately doesn't matter.

In the grand scheme of things, the NOA1 is not used for anything except the timeline here on VJ if you want to keep up with your progress which we hope you do. A day or two difference is not going to make a difference overall. I hope those who are losing sleep over this will now rest peacefully. 

It looks like CSC has started on the February filers. Someone in my Facebook group with a Feb 10 NOA1 was approved and someone on this site with a Feb 13 NOA1 was also approved,  both on June 12th. We’re getting a little bit closer guys!🙂

Ive read all the post in this thread from the tips & tricks to the p3 & consulate Information.
 
I read somewhere in this thread that the noa2 is valid for 4 months then we must request an extension. Interesting. I pray that within these next couple of months that embassy’s begin to operate as usual.

I  hope everyone was able to get a flight and make it into the US before the deadline.  As I mentioned above, my --- now WIFE -- barely made it, and she had to leave a complete bureaucratic mess in brazil --- so we understand everyone's troubles.  The lights and water are still on (active) in her apartment, she wasn't able to do the final income tax settlement necessary for when you exit the country, her dental work is not done, and her apartment has to be painted (required when you exit a lease).  And she left a pile of belongings at her sister's house.  So a total mess.  But she's here.  She arrived Tuesday morning, we got the marriage license on Wednesday, and got married on Thursday.   A whirlwind -- and a culture shock for Sandra.
 
For what it's worth, immigration in Houston was very smooth.  They had a Portuguese-speaking interpreter and were very respectful and welcomed her to the USA.  Only a few simple, easy questions.  I was waiting outside customs, and I would estimate her immigration interview took about 15 minutes.
 
And for those Brazilians that didn't make it -- you still have options, but it's more hassle and money.  For example, you could fly to Mexico City, stay there for 15 days (to be sure) in an inexpensive hotel, and then fly into Houston.

The I-134, Affidavit of Support can be scanned and emailed to the beneficiary where they can print at their location and take to the interview.

I'm still a bit away from joining one of these threads, but wanted to ask while poking around - Since the I-134 is something the beneficiary brings with them to the interview, is it typically mailed to the beneficiary?  Or do people print out scanned copies?

I am in the same boat as you but I don’t think k1 visas are affected. 
 
I think some people are getting worried because they don’t see fiancés in the exclusions in section 2 of the EO. This is because section 1 already excludes K1 visas because it is a non immigrant visa, and section 1 is placing limits on people entering on an immigrant visa. You can’t read section 2 without reading section 1 first. Hope this helps some people who feel confused. But ultimately I will be seeking advice from my embassy for confirmation.

Yes. Actually. I feel like something isn’t right. But then I figured I brought my now husband here 4 years ago so immigration would have caught it if he used my name no? He didn’t marry anyone else. My neighbor still talks to him and told me today he is marrying a girl from Algeria and bringing her here next year. 
Yes. I divorced him a month after I married him. It was finalized August of 2013.
