Those who filed early March, do we have any movement yet?

Yes, it's normal. It now takes 4-5 weeks for them to cash your check and 8-10 weeks for 18-month extension (both estimates are on average and since the date your package got there).

Driver licenses -  the front will do.
Credit cards - it depends. Some CCs have name and numbers on the back. Mine does so I sent front and back.
    Passport -  I didn't submit this in our I 751 case.
Bank account statements - they are going to want to see activities on the bank statements. Your CCs bill... they withdraw money from your bank right? You can highlight it to indicate that.

No. The answer on the bank form is neither willful nor material to your GC approval.

How is this going to affect the legal immigrants here, specifically those that need to renew their green cards or remove the condition on their green card (this is my case)?

Green card holders cannot be kicked out right? Unless it is ordered by an immigration judge. What is the scenario if my application to remove condition isn't processed? Do I need to get the stamp to keep extending it until 10-year GC is granted?

How long ago was this? According to the CA DMV DL form it can take 4 weeks for the election office/sec of state to reach out to you...

Here is a pdf of the paper version of the form you did online- https://www.dmv.ca.gov/portal/wcm/connect/817d879a-e709-45a1-9503-57622ec808b4/dl410.pdf?MOD=AJPERES

If you checked NO for #6A then it shouldve skipped to section 8 where you sign. Just to double check did you answer any of the questions that appear in 6b and sec 7?

It also says in the disclosure part on page 1 how the DMV does not determine if you are eligible to vote, they simply gather the info and forward it to the voter registration office. If you are eligible and choose not to register they still send your info over indicating that.  This may be why you were given a generic 'we sent it over to the voter registration office' because they send it whether you elect to register or not if you are eligible.

The issue is USCIS cannot provide legal advice. Also, getting somebody's name doesn't change anything...they aren't responsible for the accuracy of the information provided on the form.

I'm also leaning towards this being a nothing-burger. Everything points at not having actually registered, let alone having done so willfully.

No im saying the person at the dmv probably didnt look to see what they put down for you.  Regardless as noted, unless you fill out the voter registration then no you didnt register.

You need to fill out the "voter registration form", and clearly you never did. So on your N-400 the answer is no.

Just make sure you research the relevant tax forms and track the amount before filing your returns. If it’s over a certain amount, you need to report it to the IRS on Form 709. Think it’s around the $15,000 mark but you’d need to check the exact dollar amount and check each year. You don’t have to actually pay taxes on it though unless your gift eventually exceeds the lifetime limit (which is in the millions - anything you go over the threshold with is deducted from your lifetime limit).

My last and current driver license is indeed valid for 5 years because I am now a LPR.
