    We sent ours January 16. Still no NOA1 and when called nothing in the system. We had money orders so we can’t see if it’s cashed. I am very worried since I had friends who got theirs after 4 weeks and they sent it right after we did..

    No i didn’t. They stated on their website that all K1s get a nie then took it back. I never applied for one. Period.

    That had nothing to do with it. I did never apply for a NIE

    Guys is this really happening? I still can not believe it... does this mean we would also be able to flly without quarantining in a third country first?

    Nobody knows at this point. Yesterday I got an E-Mail saying K1 are not being processed until the Travel ban is lifted.

    We are in the same boat. Also from Germany.
    You can call 603-334-0700 and ask for your case number and invoice number. Once you have that you can track that in the CEAC Tracker. It will sit at the NVC until the embassy in Frankfurt opens again. It would be awesome if youd share your timeline on visa journey
