2019 tax transcripts should be enough. Theres even a section that ask you to check if you have included previous three year tax transcripts. It's just optional.

Sounds like something NVC would say. I hope we hear something from them soon.

At finally we got accepted expedite request! Passed more than 14 days to get response. US embassy in Poland.

Great news for you! I hope this is true! Please keep me updated if you hear more about the scheduling for IR1/CR1 interviews in Guate. Our IR1 interview in Honduras in April was cancelled. Crossing my fingers they start processing interviews in Central America!

I think most embassies that resume interviews will be busy with folks that have been cancelled for at least a month or more. Interviews are usually scheduled for a month in advance, so that should be about the backlog they have in re-scheduling, plus an extended time frame considering that less interviews will have to be conducted per day due to social distancing rules.
For everyone that did not have an interview scheduled by NVC yet, you can probably cut checking the status every day. After DQ, the case will remain at NVC until your interview has been scheduled.

I totally agree. The birth certificates from certain countries document events such as Marriage. My wife birth certificate states the date we got married and it shows married last name.

Yes it’s the normal processing time for paper filers. With the recent switch to online filing, where a case gets created automatically at NVC shortly after NOA2, of course folks become more impatient even though this system only applies to a selected number of cases at the moment.

You are right it used to take that long. My wife I130 petition was approved on October 4th 2019 and we didn't get out case # until January 3rd 2020. So it took almost 3 months in our case. To make matters worst we never got the welcome letter. We had to call to get our case #.

How things are now its unpredictable. It can take a week, a month, or even 2 months. Im an IR1 and it took mine 5 weeks.

Mine took a little over 2 months. Could be different for you. 
 
You should expect case # and invoice #. From there you would have to pay fees. Then submit affidavit of support, complete ds 260, and submit civil documents.
