I've been a bit of a lurker in this thread and have been lifted by the number of speedy DQs recently and wanted to share that this evening I have also received the DQ e-mail, which has brightened my week immensely (although, as many others have experienced, the message in the CEAC portal isn't opening - I'll call tomorrow to make sure I'm not missing anything). Details and timeline are as follows:
 
CR1
UK citizen married to US citizen
Interview location: London
Priority date: 27 Nov 2019
NVC fees paid: 24 Apr 2020
AOS submitted with 2019 IRS transcript and 2020 pay stubs: 30 Apr 2020
IV submitted: 30 Apr 2020
Civil documents final submission (had to wait on police cert): 5 May 2020
DQ: 29 May 2020
 
It may also be of some help to people to know that the civil documents sections orginally seemed to require that I upload a police cert for a country I lived in for 9 months away from my home country, however I simply uploaded a letter stating that, as per the website guidelines, I do not need to obtain a police cert from that country as I lived there less than the 12-month threshold; I assume the foreign address on the IV form automatically triggered the field to appear on the civil documents page.

I believe It has to be 2 years at the time of entry.  The CBP officer will determine that at the POE. For me, my two years of marriage was on April 2020. On CEAC it now shows as IR1 instead of CR1.

1. The applicants (benifiary)
2. I left blank , no problem.
3. You can put 0 or leave blank.

We got the RFE on May 10, and submitted the documents the next day. We then got a "document needed" on May 26, uploaded the document on the 27th, and were DQ'd on the 28th.

I tried going through AskNVC route but the link does not seem to work. I will try this one as well. 

Lol, I'm trying to create a timeline that's the reason for my asking. I know the timeline on timeframes it's probably off.  Most likely. I resubmitted the 19th.
Make sure to include the screenshots and a description of what's going on.

Thank you! That's exactly what I thought about uploading before USCIS processes more cases. That's why I uploaded the same day o got the RFE on May 19th.

Submit an inquiry and a screenshot of the error at nvc.state.gov/inquiry . That might be a faster route. I'm waiting on an inquiry I submitted friday night. The rep told me to do this. I hope mine gets fixed soon.

When did u submit the inquiry? As of yesterday they were seeing inquiries submitted on may 20th.
