Oh yeah also wanted to add I totally half-assed everything lol. I rushed to get the I-751 out so she can get her extension letter and didn't really add too much evidence to it. In fact I'm pretty sure I just reprinted the evidence package for the i-485 lol. Figured they would send an RFE but never got anything. Same with the N-400.
The interview got a little nervous because the officer pulled me in separately before her and started asking me questions, I guess he liked my answers because after a couple minutes it ended up just being us yapping about thinks completely irrelevant to the applications. Wife's interview was also very relaxed as well. In fact for the civic questions he only asked her 3 or 4 and was like "okay, we'll just move on here". After that he came back out, shook our hands and told us he'll get us the oath ceremony scheduled with his supervisor and were all done

My wife did her biometrics appt yesterday and now showing it's actively being reviewed. fingers crossed it moves fast

Just got in the mail today a letter with my access code and whatnot, created a myuscis account and popped it in and saw all my documents I sent along with a PDF showing the 48 month extension.

Yeah I was certainly surprised. In fact they charged my credit card literally the day after it got there. I wonder if they just process card payment applications quicker than the checks?

I just sent out my wife's packet last Tuesday, it got there Thur and just this morning got notice of receipt. Honestly we both forgot about it until super last minute (her conditional card expires next week). Whipped up the packet over the weekend, think I have a decent amount of evidence but have a feeling we'll get an RFE. At least should hopefully get an extension letter now that receipt has been confirmed.

FINALLY got notice of my wife's card being produced.. had our interview on 9/20 and had to wait for approval. Been a long journey but glad it's finally over... until we gotta remove conditions that is. lol

Packet was accepted on May 4 and FINALLY received a notice that my wife's EAD card is being made. Took way longer than we expected, but fortunately we were able to get by just fine.
Hopefully soon we get that interview scheduled notice!

hey guys,
just wanted to let you all know for my wife we just sent pictures her parents sent of her diplomas and then she translated all of them to english and added a copy certifying her translations.
We got all 4 NOAs for the forms, so it seems it may not be required. With that said we may get a RFE/RFIE but at least our case didn't get rejected

I did get a RFE for birth certificate(I sent it, but i'm guessing they didn't like that we translated it ourselves, so I just got it done by another company), but nothing at all about that.
I got confirmation of RFE received and nothing else, so I'm guessing since I didn't get an RFE for that with my birth certificate one we're good

Late to respond but I wanted to say thank you to everyone who posted, even to the people knocking on using AOS in our situation🙄 We are going to go ahead and get married in Hawaii and come back home and file for an AOS
Can't wait to get the ball rolling on this and looking forward to using all the amazing resources on this site!
