Hi guys! I realize I forgot to update the group. We had our status changed to issued on September 22 and we received the visa on September 25th at the local DHL. We have paid our immigrant fee already and have a flight booked on Oct 3rd. Hopefully, since the borders are opening on Oct 1st, hubby will be able to finally be here.

Got an email this morning that we have our interview scheduled for next month!! We did not expedite or contact the embassy at all to move the case along. So excited!!

I finally got the interview e-mail at around 01:53 AM EST!!! Interview scheduled for 10/13/2020!!! I finally see the light at the end of the tunnel.

I got my DQ on Aug 18th and Sept 7th, I got an email that the NVC completed my case and I got my interview date in thr beginning of Oct.

Finally some good news to report! My husband had his medical today and after he completed it, he received his interview date for September 16th!
