Agree ! I'd like to see this Nebraska feed as a way to help and support each other, and I don't want it to become a feed of on going complaints...! Let's stay positive guys, negativity is not helping at all 😀

Mine was updated on may 1st request for evidence and I submitted on the same day onlime. 
today also have date update (may 7). 
hope they will approved it soon

I got another date update (May 7) on my daughter case. They have requested for additional evidence but that link is not working. It is showing temporary unavailable so I will wait. It is good to know they are working on her case.  

Approved! We filed online (IOE number) but the case was in Nebraska.

Got an alert via text and email my rfe arrived yesterday afternoon. Today this AM i got an email titled "We have taken an action on your case" and says to login.   I've logged into both sites and don't see anything any update.  
 
What should i be seeing? Is the Approved or etc email?

This morning brought good news for us.
My son petition has been approved today. All the praises and thanks be to Allah. I am on cloud nine after getting this surprised news especially from Vermont center.  Now I am waiting for my spouse petition which is still pending at Vermont and my daughter petition at California. Following are the timelines.

1st date update 23 Feb, 2020 – case transferred to Vermont
2nd date update 1st May, 2020
NOA-2 Approval 5 May, 2020
K3- filed on 23 March
K3- received on 30 Apr at Vermont
I-130 Approved in 180 days

Seems everything is moving fast for us now. I just receive an email from NVC with case number and Invoice ID number just one day after case approval on 4/30 with USCIS. Still in shock it was that fast. 🙏

I know it's hard but those approvals are just a small number. It's not all 2020 that are being approved right now. But one sure thing, complaining won't help. You should focus on something else as you wait for your approval, otherwise it's gonna be really hard 🙂

Approved on 5/4/2020 but NOA2 came later (below)

Approved!  Got NOA2 in the mail today, looks like our case was transferred from Texas to California but I don't know when.

Thanks. If you have the online account check under documents and you will see the RFE. That is how I saw mine and responded fast before getting the slow mail. Don't sweat it it might be something easy. I sent all my documents with both I-130 & I-129f applications including my marriage certificate. However, because my paper application was converted to an online IOE application some of my documents were not upload and pictures were sent back to me.

Waow... You have to give it up for some lawyers... They really do know how to mess things up 

My stupid RFE is bona fide marriage! My lawyer said it wasn’t necessary to send photos of us at that time and we’ll send them when they request for. 
i now realize how stupid i was when i agreed! 

My case got updated twice today. However it's not good news after 8 months of waiting they have asked me for addition evidence but they didn't properly upload their document to the website. I asked the live chat agent about this and she said oh yea it happens you'll just have to wait a few weeks to see how it goes and if you can see the document then. This process is super annoying.
