Sent my response via priority mail May5th
Received an update yesterday on the 11th.

Approved May 12 2020. 146 days.
This is amazing, we were ready to get the approval in December since we weren't transferred to another service center. IOE number, paper filled, converted online by USCIS, no expedite. I checked the account every day and this morning i almost fainted when i saw the approval hahaha.
This is the place where i found all the answers to my questions or calm me down when i was upset or depressed.Thank you all for the support!

I don't know if this is good news but a huge change in processing time for Spouses/children of LPR happened last week for Potomac. 
On the previous week the estimated time range was: 9 to 11.5 months and the processing time suddenly changed to: 1 month to 7 months (They are processing October 2019)
I don't know what it means, still no update on my case but I hope it's good sign ! 

just received a notification that my case is actively being worked on, received RFE on the 30th, sent response last week on the 5th. Will keep you guys posted.

I don’t see why others are coming off mean or rude to you, but to be honest I hired a lawyer and we did not send photos or passport tickets for bonefide marriage, he told me that we’ll need it at the next stage..now I did receive a RFE, it was not for not sending proof of real marriage, but because I sent a copy of my abstract birth certificate and not my certified birth certificate, the original. Now USCIS is obviously inconsistent with the processing of the applications, so I say wait and see how everything goes. If you do get a RFE just give them EVERYTHING they ask for since that’ll be your only chance to move forward. And it’s okay to ask the question twice. This platform was created so that we help and support one another through this, don’t let one person or two ruin that for you. Good luck!

For those who lost hope and/or cannot wait for their case to be approved/processed .. join the club!
But know this: it's almost useless to have your case approved and U.S. embassies are still closed .. although it's better than nothing. So, delay in this case may actually be a positive thing .. instead of having the year expiration count down on your case starting soon.

It only took about 4hrs with me.. and two days for me to receive the letter, not including Saturday&Sunday. I got my RFE on the 30th and responded on the 5th. I got my letter on the 4th. I sent my response via priority mailing. They sent me a notification today stating they received it and started working on my case again. Keep checking. 

You haven't had your interview yet.  That is typically where it gets tricky for Islamabad, which is why some choose to 'front-load' their petitions at USCIS.

I kept seeing posts here recently that right before people getting their I130 approved they saw date changes on their uscis account. It was the case with us too. 

I do wonder why they have been approving later applicants before earlier applicants recently. For those who are still waiting, I really hope you will get approved soon.
