    NOA1: 8/8/2019

    NOA2: 4/10/2019

    Beneficiary Country: Spain

    Nebraska without transfer

    Paper-filed IOE

It looks like we were actually approved yesterday. We logged on today and it still says "In process" but above the IOE # says "Closed Case". The I-130 Approval Letter is in the uploaded docs with yesterday's date.

    Unreal 🙃

Quick question. Who gets the NVC email? Beneficiary? Petitioner? Both? We filed a G-1145 with the Petitioner's (mine) email. My husband thinks he may have accidentally deleted the NVC email. He cleared the spam folder today. I could kill him. Thanks 😂

Both will get the NVC email.

I’m still here with a Priority date of May 2019.

For the last month this is all I’m seeing: On March 9, 2020, we transferred your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, Receipt Number LIN1990xxxxxx, to another office for processing and sent you a transfer notice. The notice explains why we transferred your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your notice by April 8, 2020, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice.

I haven’t received any transfer notice by mail or email and I don’t know where the application is transferred to. Anyone else here in the same boat? I’m seeing approvals here for PD after May now!

Expedite saying clear USCIS error. Did you send form G-1145? If yes, explain it when asked.

You call, they put in the expedite then they send you email with details about where to send your reply email (you write the email Reply with subject as described).

Explain why it’s USCIS error by indicating the form.

USCIS error for being moved to Cali as USC. CLEARLY now that is not an error as so many more have reported moving, but at the time I was the only one reported transferred.

I also said I’ve been apart from my husband for 9 years so I want to believe that was the real reason they expedited lol

I submitted before you did. I guess you had more good of a reason. Congrats!!

    Hello

Today my wife had her CR-1 Interview in Islamabad, Pakistan. They gave her 221G ( See attached Image ) form asking to upload Petitioner and Beneficiary previous marriage photographs my wife told the CO /interpreter that we don't have photos of our previous marriage she told her that is your problem and walked away . I was able to find 2 pictures of me with my ex. But my wife she can't find any pictures of herself with her ex or other family members from her previous wedding day. What should we do ? Upload what we have?

They kept her Passport original marriage certificates

and previous marriage termination documents for both wedding photos and NADRA FRC

Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated

Does a wedding video exist? You can take pics from there too. It doesn’t have to be actual photographs.

As to the statement she posted about not all service centers do not process  US citizen for spouse is not true. I spoke with someone who said they all process spousal visas. She apologized for someone giving out wrong info

Can she provide you with the processing timeline? If it’s an internal document then we cannot see it on their website. Now that’s disservice because we will not be able to submit an official inquiry indefinitely.

    Thanks @TBoneTX.

    UPDATE:

Yesterday's yield was one of the highest case processing, and more so for approvals. Actually, I've never seen so many approvals in one day, except once!

Anyway, good news for everyone I hope .. will post some statistics later.

Yes, there is. For green card holders filing for their spouses .. does that apply to you? or did you mark this in your petition by mistake? Check if you have copies.

However, if the answer is NO to both questions, and you're sure 100% of this clear error, then you are qualified for an expedite based on the grounds of a "clear USCIS error". All you have to do is call USCIS, confirm the transfer to CSC, and IF this is the case, then directly and immediately ask to expedite the case and mention this category and explain the situation .. you don't even have to convince the officer on the call.

Let us know how it goes.

I am a US Citizen. Will call them today. Thanks

My case was transferred from Nebraska to California. I don't think I've seen anyone else here on the forums go in that direction - anyone else?

My spouse case got transferred to Potomac and after February 23, it’s in California. They don’t have a processing time for I-130 for spouse listed on their website. I’m not sure how we are supposed to find that out and submit an inquiry if it’s over the processing time.

We haven't seen this trick work past October or November. So this is not worth it to file for a K3 as well

Wow you got some pretty bad advice somewhere. A criminal record check is not signs of a bona fide relationship

I didn’t say criminal record check is a sign of Bona fide relationship. Filing K3 is as you want your spouse to join you using every possible avenue. Btw, I’m not the beneficiary, I’m the petitioner.

    Hi folks!

I am from Costa Rica and have a valid 10 year B2 (tourist) visa. I currently travel back and forth to the U.S., while I wait for the form I-130 to be approved and never had any problem at the port of entry despite I have my wife and my son living in the U.S. (both U.S. citizens). The problem is we received NOA1 on sept 4th, 2019 and still we don't get any news from USCIS. Currently is being processed at Nebraska Service Center. We filed form I-130 for a CR-1 spouse visa. Is it woth to file form I-129F (Petition for Alien Fiancé) to apply for a K3 visa? Asking just because of current wait times that I believe are too long.

    Thanks!

Your spouse should apply for K3. It will show more evidence towards a bonafide marriage. I know it’s never going to be approved but it’s part of the law and a benefit for US citizens. Like everything else U S C I S wants to drown it delays. Apparently, that’s all they can do until someone takes them to SC again.
