I submitted mine without the PCC. One of my friends also submitted without it and he got approved today, he submitted on April 24 2020. Yes, just one week.

OMgosh, I can't believe it. I first saw this with your congrats and I jumped on the USCIS website and see the approval. Wow, it seem surreal.

I actually just found the version of the case tracker app for android that you are using. It isn't in the Google Play store. You have to install it manually from here: https://www.browsercam.com/apk/com.saldous.usciscasetracker/
I can now see that they are working on cases with my PD. I see they have approved 2 cases today.

Roughly 1500 cases were transferred from June, little over 1300 awaiting processing. 7 day average movement 23.71 cases processed / day. Hope this helps

The various dates we are talking about are a bit confusing. It seems to me we are looking at two sets of dates:
1. Transfers out of NSC in Jan 2020: NOA1 dates of Jan-Feb 2019.
2. Transfers out of NSC on Feb 3 2020: NOA1 dates of late Jun-July 2019
It sounds like VSC has made a good dent in processing the 1st set of transfers. While VSC isn't done with the 1st set of transfers, it seems that @Whocares is finding that VSC has also made a start on the second set of transfers. I guess this makes sense as I would imagine that the transfer cases were distributed to many different USCIS people and so processing would move at different rates. This also explains why we are seeing cases being approved somewhat out of order.
Am I getting this right?
There certainly could be more batches of transfers, but so far it doesn't seem like there's any evidence of more than the 2 listed above

I think the transfer wont negatively impact your case, however it will definitely take almost exactly 1 year to process your case just like other’s.
