Do you have the P3 for your embassy. I saw in the PDF file that a guy named Greenbaum has most P3's. But that could be just hearsay.

I have no idea why ppl don't use the PDF. You don't read it once and never to touch again only to ask questions that are answered in the PDF. I have tried to include everything you will need to get through this phase.

Also, this is a good time to move over to your regional forum to ask questions specific to your embassy. Some embassy don't like the fact that you completed the DS-160 and others don't care.

14. When can the DS-160 be completed?
The DS-160 is a document that stands alone. It affects the completion of your MRV interview appointment payment. You can't use it to find any information about your case. You can't use it
for anything other than for its original intent and that is for the CO to use during your interview to adjudicate your case. It does not need to be finished now but after you receive your case number but does need to be finished before you can schedule your interview. You must use the DS-160 confirmation number to complete the payment of the MRV interview fee.
In most cases, each visa applicant, including children, is required to pay a non-refundable, non-transferable Machine Readable Visa (MRV) application fee, whether a visa is issued or not. The
visa application fee is determined by the type of visa for which you wish to apply for. The DS-160 does not have a fee but it must be completed prior to paying your interview fee and scheduling your interview.

Keep in mind that a forum like this one is for initial bonding with others who are along the same timeline as you for initial processing. The initial application is the same no matter where in the world you are. But, having said that, once you get your approval (NOA2 text message or email), you should also check in with your country's sub-forum to get a better understanding of the process for the Embassy that you will be interviewing with, and to get direct answers from those who have completed the steps you are about to at the US Embassy - Borgata.

Those in this thread, are applying from various Embassies around the world and there are different processes for each. So what works in Russian, Philippines or UAE may not work for those processing through the US Embassy-Caracas. When you are at the VJ sub forum for all things dealing with the US Embassy in Caracas most there will help answer your questions for the processing of your visa using their personal experience.

Your DS-160 is good for 30 days . So get it done. Pay for Visa fee and you can see what is available for interview

Please advise. Do we need to file I-134 or just complete it and send it to the beneficiary for an interview? When is the best time to complete DS-160?
