Hi everyone. LIN filer here - Biometrics were done on Oct 17th and status had changed to "Fingerprint Review Was Completed". My status has changed to "Case Was Updated to Show Fingerprints Were Taken". Does anyone know what's the difference?
Thanks!
Happened to a bunch of people today. No one has any idea yet.

Just received updates in my case through USCIS mob app:
As of September 24, 2019, fingerprints relating to your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number LIN xxxxxxxxxx, have been applied to your case.
Who knows what that means?
Happened to a couple of people today across the the forms.
No idea yet.

Anybody from Vermont Service Center get their 10y card yet? I am a little worried, given that they messed up the extension letter part (very delayed). Hoping it’s not the case where an entire batch got messed up. Feb2019 filers already receiving their approvals
February 2019 filler here. Only two people are approved in our group. No need to scare and worry people more like that.
A person filled in July 2019 and got approved last week.
Hurry up and wait.
There are still fillers back in August 2018 still waiting, hell even March 2018 is still waiting.

I just checked online and It says that below, what should I expect? I am on ROC process and a month ago I received an RFE of which I replied and below is what I got back from them. please help.
Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction
On December 3, 2019, we transferred your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number W************, to another USCIS office. That office now has jurisdiction over your case. We sent you a notice that explains why we moved your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your notice by January 2, 2020,
More hurry up and wait

None of the links say what date the fees will increase and both guys in the videos even say that don't know when exactly it will go up.
So please don't say a date when no date has been given.

Yes... I would suggest to file for citizenship. USCIS is planning to increase the N-400 filling fees to $ 1200 from December 16th, 2019.
I filed my I-751 (ROC) on 11/16/2018 and I just see the update on fingerprints on USCIS website (Fingerprint review completed on:08/29/2019).
I am planning to file for N400 in next couple of days.
Good Luck
Can I have a good source for USCIS increasing fees on the 16th December please.
I've looked online and not see a date for when they are maybe increasing it.

Hello everyone! My father passed away last thanksgiving and i need to come back home to the philippines right away. I only have my extension letter and i dont have any time to get a i551 stamp on my passport. Is it okay to come back home with just the extension letter, death certificate and passport?Did anyone have a similar situation??
You can travel fine with the extension letter and expired greencard and passport. Don't need the death certificate

You don’t get transferred for ROC because of moving. This is just a workload transfer.
Hence why I said regardless of moving.

Hello guys, I needed to ask a question and please feel free to give your inputs. I filed 1-751 petition jointly with my spouse to remove condition last year and we recently moved and I updated our address on USCIS website. Now we recieved a notice saying that our petition has been transferred to another USCIS office that now has jurisdiction over our case. Does anyone know why in particular cases are transferred?? Is it a good thing or there is something to worry about? Looking forward to your responses, thanks
It's normal to be transferred regardless of moving.
Check other months where people have filled to see where people have been transferred to

It's three years if you are married, otherwise it's 5 years... Those are minus the 90 days because you can file ahead of time by 90 days.
- Permanent resident for at least 5 years; or
- Permanent resident for at least 3 years if you are married to a US citizen.
https://www.uscis.gov/policy-manual/volume-12-part-g-chapter-3
Yeah I got it, the other person was not clear and then I was not clear.
I don't really count the 5 year permanent resident as this is a marriage forum unless someone getting a divorce through the ROC

always follow the info from USCIS's site, but i understand its three years if married to an American.
This is the USCIS site and says the Information needed.
Yes it's 3 years from when the person gets their greencard, not how long they have been married for.
Remember you can apply 90 days before the 3 year mark.
Use the link calculator to determined what that date is

When can you file the N400?
Is it 3 years after you received your Temp Residence Card?
It says online:
Naturalization Eligibility Requirements
Be a permanent resident (have a “Green Card”) for at least 5 years.

Hi! We created a WAC timeline document (WAC/CSC) and it includes a 2018 tab. Not sure if you have a timeline going for December 2018 filers but if you share in the document, it would also make it more visible to filers from other months. Thanks! And wishing a speedy(er) approval.
I'm tagging some that I think might be WAC /CSC. Best.

Cheers been looking for it!

How do you think - can we expect to waive an interview after fingerprints?
People just been getting approved it looks like in other filling months before us.
Depends on your case
September/October 2018 fillers been getting approved August 2019.
So maybe December 2019 /January 2020 we should see movement

You filed in Feb 2019 and got scheduled for an Interview dated May 15th 2019??? I've never seen anyone getting an interview date that fast. Maybe you should call USCIS and double check with them.
He said schedule for an interview.

To get an interview and get your 10 years greencard.
