Finally got my text today. Waiting on the NOA in the mail.

Hi everyone, I just read through the entire thread and wish I didn't. My anxiety is a little high now. I sent in my package on 11/14 it arrived 11/15 Elgin and nothing yet. Now I am here second guessing if I did something wrong for no response as yet. I did add the G1145 but I paid via credit card. I am keeping fingers crossed I hear something as early as Friday or Monday

How long have your known your fiancé?
When did your fiancé last visit you?
How did you meet your fiancé?Does your fiancé have children and or been married before?
Do you plan on getting married within 90 days? Any wedding Plans?
What does your fiancé do (career)? With whom does he live with?
If your fiancé has any legal past be aware of it.
good luck on your interview.
Thank you

When your file is undergoing administrative processing, what does that mean? Even after you have been issued a case number...
-
Congratulations to all that had their file shipped today already... Making me get all excited that I should be next.
I did a quick tally though and observed that today's shipment thus far involves persons who got their case number on or before November 18. Somehow I found that to be interesting.
Congrats again!!!!!

Medical should be done as close to your interview date as possible. The validity of your visa is based on the medical date and not the visa issuance date. Visa is good for 6 months normally from medical exam date. Yes, it's best to VAC their in your country as it will be needed for the AOS after marriage and of course it's more expensive here in the states.
Thank you

@Greenbaum As it relates to the medical examination, how soon is it recommended to get that done? Do I need to be fully vaccinated as well?

I got Belarus mixed up with Belize. Silly me! I don't have a Belize P3. When you get your copy would you share with me please. Thanks.
I would think that the back letter will be fine but I find the job letter to be subject to the CO viewing the document with the thought is, "is he still employed"? So Employment letter I would recommend be close to the interview. Just my thought. There is no written fast rule unless outlined in the P3 from the embassy.
I'm just using common sense.
Yes I will
Thank you

Get back to me if you need the P3 for Russia.
Thanks for responding
Belize is in Central America between Guatemala and Mexico.
I asked about the validity of documents because when I went to visit my fiance in September we got the letter from the bank as well as his job letter. So I am wondering if they will be valid in December provided that I have my interview then.

Hi, just a few questions...
- How long are the documents that are needed for the interview valid for?
- I am Jamaican but have lived in Belize for over 5 year and is also a permanent resident, do I need to be a police report from Jamaica as well?
- @Greenbaum do you have the link for P3 for Belize? If so, may I have it please?

Called again now. Nothing, just the same 5.5-7.5 months script. Told them that that wasn't true and people from July have been approved. They had literally no response to that just silence. I then asked to talk to a tier 2 officer and was told they're "too backed up" to escalate calls. I told them I don't care how long the hold wait is I'll wait, but they said they can't even put me on hold and I'd have to call back. Will call back later and start off by asking for a tier 2. I'm tired of being told the same lies that they're working on April right now.
Sorry to hear that. I hope you hear something soon...
