I haven’t heard anything from Nebraska 😕 PD July 17th, last update was on Sept 7th 😕 K3 PD Aug 6th. 

I got a notification on the app today, my thoughts are that we with IOE cases might still be part or the “pilot program” and get approved soon. 

Same here, our Pd is July 18th and Aug 6th for K3. But we are stuck in Nebraska  my husband is a citizen and I’m in Mexico, waiting for the interview will take also 12 months or more, so it will take around 2 years for us too. It’s so frustrating. Interviews waiting time for residents petitions are no longer than 2 months now in Mexico because their approval takes “longer” than for citizens. My process will be as long as if my husband was a resident. 

Received my NOA2!  PD was 7/08/2019.  

We got Nebraska and filed for I129f on top of I130. Denial on I129f and I130 got approved in 85 days. 

First of the all, I got mind approved within 2 months.
At first I thought I was expedited because I was military, but it turns out it's only because my receipt number start with IOE, the new filing system. ( perhaps being in the military did helped a bit)
anyway,  that's not the point, today I received an email reply from NVC, and told me it was approved faster simply because I was under the new system.
So, for petitioner who got a receipt number start with IOE, this is definitely a good new to you all.
 
below are the exact email reply from NVC
"Greetings from the Department of State's National Visa Center (NVC). We are contacting you regarding your recently approved immigrant visa petition. Based on your USCIS receipt number, your case benefited from a pilot electronic process for the I-130 petition. USCIS reviewed and approved your petition faster than average cases of this type as we develop the fully electronic transfer of data from USCIS to the Department of State.  We thank you for your patience while we continue to refine our process with these electronic petitions. We wanted to alert you that it will likely take longer than the 30-day timeframe mentioned on USCIS's approval notice to you. Despite this delay, please rest assured that we expect the overall time between filing your petition and completing processing with NVC will be far faster than average for this petition type. When we complete the data entry for your case you will be notified by email or letter.  This will include instructions on how to log into the Consular Electronic Application Center (CEAC) to begin case processing with NVC.
 
 

Seems like everyone is being assigned a IOE number now. Which is good the era of digital system is almost there. Hopefully the next step which most of us won't experience again. The entire i-130 form will become an online form for those that will want to bring their spouse parents eventually in that would be great. 

Hi Everyone , I am a CR 1 July filer IOE #  PD 7/10. In Nebraska ! I hope this process goes faster with the IOE, I can’t imagine being without my wife for over 12 months. Hope it goes fast for everyone 🙏🏻

7/11 NOA1, Priority Date 7/8, Texas Service Center and IOE case number.
 

Yes, it is the case number, but lately most of them (maybe all of them) starts with IOE regardless the service center. 

07/04/2019 - Sent I-130
07/12/2019 - Received Text notification
07/18/2019 - Received NOA1 in mail
 

We have received the IOE receipt, the priority date is July 12th, and the hard copy is July 22nd, in Potomac, we hope we can be approved as soon as possible!Good luck to everyone！

Just got SRC with date of 7/24/19 for the K3 I filed after my CR1, which is interesting, as my CR1 is IOE at the TSC...so much fun speculating on the behind the scenes workings of USCIS Guess we'll see what happens. 

Sent the I-130 Package yesterday. Waiting

My husband is a USC and has sent the petition for me I’m Mexican, he sent the I-130 form this July 16th and we received today the NOA1 by text message, we also have a IOE case number, I downloaded the visa tracker app and shows the California Center, we will wait for the NOA1 in the mail to confirm it. All I’ve been reading about it is that apparently it’s faster but we will see. Glad to join this thread.
