I-130 (Multiple merged threads)
JeanneAdil replied to Hshah4482's topic in IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures
many make mistake of putting a US office in the states you should just listed her city and country's name on lines 62s,b, and c u do not put a US state office so check your copy of the I 130 and be sure it just shows her city and country -
they can choose any of the sites near u for the oath and ours was done at a courthouse with judge and be USCIS officer who pedcides or judge The Secretary of Homeland Security has the authority to administer the Oath and may delegate the authority to other officials within DHS and to other employees of the United States In addition, immigration judges may also administer the Oath in administrative ceremonies. During judicial naturalization ceremonies, the judge in the district of proper jurisdiction has exclusive authority to administer the Oath.

Interview got denied & received Blue Sheet RE-2, what to do next?
JeanneAdil replied to hanhuochy's topic in Vietnam
what to do next is follow the steps on the form for further proofs needed or marry and go the spouse visa route The colors of the forms and their respective meaning are as follows: Blue form A blue form indicates that additional supporting documentation is required. Once the applicant submits the necessary documents, a visa officer will review the form and decide whether your visa application is approved or denied.Jun 30, 2023 -
Now that the fees to adjust your status after a US marriage have doubled, spouse visa makes mush more sense as both K1 and CR1 take about the same time. If u will not return to Nigeria to live, send for the criminal report documents that will be needed for your Finland interview. If u do return to Nigeria for an interview , make sure u get a Finish criminal report before u leave. what is important now is that you have over a year to show more trips to be together and you can prove it with copies of boarding passes, hotel receipts , etc time spent together will be very important to your case. It would be best if the USC joined the site for information as she is the one who now is responsible for the process

Are u muslim ? According to the traditional interpretation of Islamic law (sharīʿa), a Muslim man is allowed to marry a Christian or Jewish woman but this ruling does not apply to women who belong to other Non-Muslim religious groups, whereas a Muslim woman is not allowed to marry a Non-Muslim man of any Non-Muslim religious group. and no, u will be considered married under the laws of Islam , her family and the country and IMAM will register it
