My wife had her interview this week. It went great. Very easy and straight forward. Interview lasted maybe 10 minutes. Only info and paperwork they asked for were our babies birth cert. And proof of my wife and me actually being a couple, I gave my work insurance coverage with her included. Good luck to everyone. If you have any questions I can help with I'll do my best. 

I had my interview on the 20th of February and my status changed 24hrs later to “ New Card is being produced” . Thank you 🙏 VJ family and Good luck to everyone who are yet to get their EAD/interview dates or yet to be approved.It’s just a matter of time.

It was only 5 days ago that my status was changed to case is ready to be scheduled for an interview so I didn't expect to get this update so soon. Also, we live in Los Angeles so I thought It could take a couple months.

Hello guys!My status changed today that my case is ready to be scheduled for interview!What a relief after 135 days of RFE was received.Now am waiting to hear from my EAD,I put in an inquiry a week ago.

I received a courtesy letter saying I haven’t submitted i693 and need to bring it to interview today in the mail out of no where. I checked my case status just know on the app and now it says case is ready to be schedule for an interview. 
 
I am glad that many of us got some sorts of update.

It has been 122 days since the UCSIS office received the documents I sent in response to the RFE. In the mean time I made two inquires. Yesterday I did online chat and the representative made an expedite request for the I-485. I am not sure why the representative made the request because I do not have any basis for an expedite. I received an email today that my case is under review and that I should receive a decision or notice within 60 days. Nothing much to report but that's where we are.

That’s great!  We haven’t had any update since August. Our congressman made an inquiry but the response was that our applications are within the normal processing time. I guess there is nothing much we can do other than wait but good to know that you got an update. Happy new year! 

No news on our EAD but at least we know now that our RFE response was good enough!

My I-485 and I-130 cases were approved today!!!! 1 month and 9 days since the interview in Los Angeles! I got a text notification while cooking breakfast this morning and checked the old website to confirm the approval. An amazing gift before the holidays, my husband and I are so relieved. Now no more applications until ROC/Citizenship. Thank you for everyone on here for all the support! And good luck to those still waiting on decisions, interview dates, and EAD/APs.

Hi guys! Today I had my interview in SD. I was recommended for approval and explained when I had to apply for removal of conditions. 
 
We were asked several questions, hubby got nervous lol. They were interested in learning more about how was our life when we were dating online and how we kept our LDR, how many times we saw each other before getting married, why my visa was done in a different country. What we liked to do on weekends, and when decided we wanted to move forward and see each other for the first time. 

Had our interview this morning in OKC - Green card approved!!

I almost can't believe my eyes but we received an update today that our green card interview has been scheduled!!! 😮😮😮 I will update once I receive the letter with the date.

Congratulations for the EAD approval. I agree with you on that this site and this community has been a big help. We don't really have a base for an expedition so we just have to be patient and not to overthink but it is great to know that your EAD was approved. Thank you for the information!

Hey all! I just wanted to let you all know how the interview went. Hopefully it may be helpful to those of you who are having your interview soon. We showed up half an hour before the appointment time as requested by the interview notice, and we weren't called in until about 45 minutes past the appointment time. We were sworn in, then my fingerprints were taken by the officer. After that, they started asking us questions. I don't recall every question, but here's the ones that I do recall:
When and how did you meet? When did you move in together? How often did we see each other when we were dating? What was the last thing you celebrated together? Where did you go? Where do you live? How many bedrooms do you have? Who lives with you? Where and when was your first date? Then they asked for our evidence. For some reason, the law office we hired did not ask us to include evidence in our AOS packet, so our file had arrived at the officer's desk practically devoid of information aside from when we were married. I don't know if you all remember what I commented I was bringing to the interview, but it was a lot and was probably too much. The officer did like that we were organized and well-prepared though, so that was a relief! Here's what they ended up taking:
Joint checking and savings account statements Joint credit card statements Health insurance bills showing joint use School loan forms that showed my husband as a reference Compilation of 26 photos that were captioned and printed on paper (2 photos/page) Bills for a phone plan that we share with my MIL Hotel confirmations and receipts from visits Call logs from our current and previous phone plans, showing our numbers, as well as from the chat app we use Gift receipts Correspondence: letters, cards, notes, and emails They mostly concentrated on the correspondence, call logs, gift receipts, and our travel/visit compilation. Then, they put it aside in a pile, and started asking me questions that I had answered on the I-485 form, e.g. all the crime, terrorist, etc. questions. After that, they ended up printing off a form that they had us sign -- it was the warning that we had to apply to remove conditions on the green card. They congratulated me and informed me that they were approving our petition, and walked us out of the room after we packed up all my binders and folders! LOL
