We got DQ!
Wife and daughter both approved.  No RFE's for I-130 or NVC.  Thanks to those that helped with questions along the way!  Hopefully with Vietnam being virtually COVID-free (no new cases for 45 days) they open the consulate and start scheduling interviews.  Might be home for Christmas!

After we received approval of noa2 we waited 1 week before we saw that they sent our packet to dos then at dos we waited 2 weeks before we called and emailed them saying that its been 2 weeks already since uscis sent our packet and asked how long should we wait agent said that we dont have email address attached in ceac account agent added both of our emails then ,the next day we received our invoice number already.
 
Best tip: ONLY WAIT 2 WEEKS CALL AND EMAIL THEM FOR FOLLOW UP thats what we did now we are just waiting for interview date.

Just add another folder specifically for that no need to add to other folder that you have...

Seems everything is moving fast for us now. I just receive an email from NVC with case number and Invoice ID number just one day after case approval on 4/30 with USCIS. Still in shock it was that fast. 🙏

They have to provide something to show their citizenship.  Passport, birth certificate or naturalization certificate.
 

Teary eyes when i saw the updates thru case tracker online i thought i was just dreaming!!!🤣 i29f no update yet but i130 got approved.
