Not a problem at all.

My conditional greencard expires March 4th 2023. I mailed in my ROC application on Friday 02/10/2023. I see a lot of people are planing to file much earlier in their 90 day window. Hopefully it won't cause any issues that I filed my ROC so late in my 90 day window. If anyone wants me to share what I submitted as evidence, let me know.

Quick update on my case:

- My interview was scheduled on August and then canceled 2 weeks later
- In October I got an RFE asking proof that my marriage was legit. Because life is busy (especially with a baby in the house), I was only able to work on it during the Holidays.
- I sent the package on Dec 30 by UPS.
- Package received at USCIS on Jan 3
- On Jan 5 I got an update that they had received my response
- On Jan 8 I got an update saying that my card was being produced
 
So in the end my interview was waived. My wife and I were relived because it would be hard to go there with a little one, especially during this COVID surge. Now I just need to wait for the card  

Combo Card received.     Telephonically initiated expedited request for EAD and AP to USCIS on 03/02.   On 03/12 received notice to fax expedited request/submission to Lees Summit, which was completed on 03/15.  On 03/18 was advised new card was being produced.  I received my Combo Card in the mail on Wednesday 03/24.  Having requested SS card in 485 application, we were curious if SS had received notification from DHS, so we called SS today to see if they had received any information from DHS.  SS, as has been usual for us, was their typically unhelpful, and worse still, their typically untruthful, selves.   We were advised that there was no way for SS to tell if SS had received any information from DHS because SS had no method to search by name.  Silly.  Oh well, at least we have the EAD/AP, and we continue moving through the process.....

Just got a text message about a status update and lo and turns out case is now "Ready to be Scheduled for Interview". We'll take it!

I-485 Interview today! Approved on the Spot!!! Hialeah, FL Field Office 
 
Hi guys I hope you all are doing great.
My US Citizen husband and I had our marriage-based application interview today at the Hialeah Field Office.  We originally filed I-130, I-485, I-765 and I-131 on 03/08/2020. I had my biometrics done on 02/10/2021 and our interview today, on 03/22/2021.
 
 The IO was kind of serious at the beginning, but then the conversation started to flow more naturally.  She first started with questions from the forms I-130 (for my spouse) and I-485 (for me).  Then she began to ask how we met, how long did we date before we got married, where and when was the first date, when and where was the second date and how often did we used to meet while dating, what was my job in  my home country and what was my husband's job when we met.
 
 We brought a bunch of documents, but she only asked for Bona-Fide marriage documents, so we gave her our joint bank account statements for the last 6 months, a T-Mobile joint account, correspondence we had to the same residency address, car insurance, life insurance, both driving licenses with the same address and a bunch of photos (like 25 and she kept with all of them).  She asked the story behind almost all of the pictures and asked us both to confirm who was in them.  She asked about our joint sponsor and our relationship with her (my mother-in-law's best friend).
 
We also brought 2020 W2’s and last 2 months paystubs from our joint sponsor.  The IO never asked for that though.  She didn’t even ask for originals of birth certificates and marriage certificate.
 
 When she finished the questions, she told us to wait for her while she printed a couple papers to sign. When she came back, she told us: I think I have everything I need, you will receive your card in the mail within 30 days, and then proceed to explain the removal of conditions process.
 
 When we got home, our case status for I-485 updated to: New Card Is Being Produced.
 
 So that was our experience guys.
 
 Fun fact: the IO had a document on the desk, it was like a memorandum stating that Public Charge form I-944 and supporting documents must not be taken into consideration lol 
 

Aaaand I got my green card today! Probably won't visit this website anymore, but I'm glad that all of this is over, and I'm very thankful that I had a support group of people going through the exact same thing as me ❤️ Best of luck with all of your cases as well!

Wife had her Biometric appt today, less than 10 minutes!  Ironically, today is also her birthday so we'll be celebrating the movement tonight!  

EAD card came yesterday! Now to wait for my SSN! Interview likely won’t be for another 6 months but at least the EAD card gives me some reassurance! 

I'm so happy to be adding to the good news pile! This morning my status for I-485 changed to "new card is being produced"!  Interview was waived, I guess, and I no longer have to worry about losing my job

I just received my combo card yayyyy! 
does anyone know how long it usually takes for the SSN to arrive once you get the combo card? I requested my SSN with my EAD application

Thanks, Yeah we had an interview on the 2nd of March. Luckily the officer who interviewed us was pretty good and relaxed.

Welp the i944 apparently is officially gone off of the US CIS website. Anyone else being cheated after spending all that time on it? Lol
