I agree with Paul you "could" do the tourist visa thing .. renewing the tourist visa every 59 days.
OR
Flying into the Phils, then you and your wife take a quick overnight flight to HK or whatever then when you enter the Phils with your wife request the BB stamp .. good for one year. < we use the BB stamp

Well I daily video my wife every spare waking moment. Even while sleeping, breaks at work, talk on the phone while I work...
That IS what I like doing most.
