I had the exact same problem with the same dates, I received the hard copy of my Noa2 in the mail yesterday. You can go to uscis.gov/request and make a request indicating that you never received the approval notice, an officer will be assigned to the task and send you a response by email. Uscis will mail you a duplicate

I called uscis this morning to inquire about my case and was informed that we were approved on Friday 9/20!!!  The officer stated that the hard copy will be mailed today or tomorrow. No case updates on sites (old & new), app, or phone. I’m so excited!!

Congrats! I’m glad you were able to finally get through to someone. For those that are waiting, try calling uscis to inquire about your case, wait for the prompts to enter your receipt# listen to the entire recording and it will ask you to press 3 if you would like to speak to a representative. Hope this helps. Wishing everyone the best!

Probably a big coincidence but I did call USCIS... they told me that my case was still “received” and that’s all... a few hours after BOOM approved.

June 24th filer. Got my NOA2 notice date on 9/18/19. RFE free😊

That is not how it looks for me on the new site. Mine also says received but it gives dates and receipt number. My date is behind yours. So maybe yours is in the process of changing?!

Just checked the case status online and it says they approved on September 20th 😁! Waiting for the letter in the post now. Our NOA1 June 24th.

I know that you stated in a previous post that you found out the relationship wasn’t authentic and you wanted to possibly withdraw the petition. Either way I wish you the best. Be cautious, as DR is known as a high fraud country for marriage scams for the purpose of immigration. Wishing you the best.

We are in the petition process, we are on Day 71 awaiting our NOA2. Next week my 9 year old son and I are going to visit my fiance and our daughter. Just wanted to put that out there since this site has been so helpful!

I sent mine to DR last week but got it sent back because the post office damaged it, so I'll send it again tomorrow morning.  We should keep in touch! Similar dates and for the same country! : )
