Pretty sure it’s only valid for 60 days before you file, then it’s good for 2 years while application is in progress

I’m adjusting from e2 visa and while I had a biometric appt on Aug 27 and update to Case ready to be scheduled for interview on Aug 28, it’s been radio silence since then (appreciate its only been 11 days but feels like forever....)

Oh yeaaaah. My USCIS is totally unreliable. The update is sent at midnight, whereas Egov is real time.

I like Lawfully as it’s sending me push notifications, saves me checking 8 million times a day. Just got another one saying ready for interview to be scheduled 🙂

Fab news. I am still on finger prints received but my i485 did update to ready for Interview to be scheduled so I’m just happy there’s movement.

For all the people contacting USCIS multiple times a week -
my case is not out of normal processing time til Aug 25 and my ASC only opened on Jul 27 so I’ve not been calling as i assume I actually have no right to any kind of assistance at this time? Has anyone actually found they are WITHIN processing time and their ASC only just opened, AND that calling made any difference?!
And for those on employment based visas before doing family based AOS, are any of you considering asking employer to file i129 to extend your stamp, even though AOS is pending? Is this a possible route? I may try to do this unless it’s a non starter.....
Edited to add my stamp has not expired yet but probably will before I get my EAD.

Hi, I’ve looked at the link above and don’t see my field office on there but when I look it up it doesn’t seem to be open either. Also I believe biometrics are handled by Application Support Centers all of which are closed. Can a field office also be an App support Center?

Tensheets got a reaction from katkoota in Immigration Suspension Executive Order - MEGA THREAD
He emphasised iNTO and said it preserves hospital resources. Which makes me think if people are already here they won’t be impacted. Where is the order if it’s signed!!
