I Know, my fiance literally has the visa in hand, but couldn't take the plane to come here, what is going to happen to them?? Would they be able to still come. Those Visas are usually valid for 6 months from the date they were issued.

I’ve seen couple of threads on this forum where people got denied or just pushed back since they didn’t have all the documentation prepared for the interview. Which means if you guys have all the documents prepared for the interview and communicate well with the officer, there shouldn’t be any issues. There are couple of questions on the PDF file that can be asked during the interview, so maybe just go over them and you can see what to expect 😊
Good Luck

As the petitioner, should I also list the previous person I filled a K1 visa for even though I did not move forward and canceled the petition? and then explained what happened on PART 7? any advice?
I want to say thank you very much @Greenbaum you literally go above an beyond helping all of us on here. I wish you success on everything you put your mind into.

The key word is FILED. Not approved or completed. So has anyone ever FILED for you besides your current petitioner (in this case, you = beneficiary). If so YES, if not NO. Most answer it NO as they have never had a case FILED for them prior to their current petitioner.
The DS-160 is about the beneficiary. The petitioner can help but all the information asked for is from the beneficiary.

You complete the I-134 for the interview. I-864 is for AOS after marriage.

@Greenbaum I personally want to thank you for setting up all this documents and threads on here, very helpful.
Do you happen to have Guatemala's P3 letters etc?

fernando2386 reacted to Greenbaum in JANUARY 2020 K-1 NOA2 to NVC to EMBASSY
YW. I do not have a copy of the P3 from Guatemala but what I do have is a link to their website. When you get a copy would you share it with me as I will use it to help others who come after you. Thanks.

A fiancé visa must be issued within four months from the date of approval of the fiancé petition by U8CIS (U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services). If your appointment is later, bring a signed and dated letter from your U.S. fiancé(e) stating that you both remain legally free to marry and that you intend to get married within 90 days of your arrival. The signature must be original; emails or copies are unacceptable.
9 FAM 41.81 N6.2 Validity of a K-1 Petition
(CT:VISA-2165; 08-21-2014)
An approved K-1 visa petition is valid for a period of four months from the date of USCIS action and may be revalidated by the consular officer any number of times for additional periods of four months from the date of revalidation, provided the officer concludes that the petitioner and the beneficiary remain legally free to marry and continue to intend to marry each other within 90 days after the beneficiary's admission into the United States.

My Petition Expired – Can It Be Extended?
The I-129F petition is valid for four months from the date of approval by USCIS. A consular officer can extend the validity of the petition if it expires before visa processing is completed.

And if yes, what's wrong with that? For example, my previous husband was from UK. My current one is from France. And yes, I was purposely looking for an European man. No offense but American men is not my cup of tea.
I don't think it's a red flag to seek a foreign partner, it's a matter of preference. IMHO.
