That's great! Happy for youu. I see you posted this 2 hours ago, have you picked up your passport??
My husband's status on CEAC changed today to administrative processing after being on "ready" for 3 days. I hope its issued just as quickly as yours was.
Good luck to you and safe travels!

Congrats! I hope my husband's is the same way. I know his interview was only yesterday but it's still saying "Ready".. I guess that's normal apparently if yours was saying that for one week. Are you picking up your visa or having it delivered?

My fiance's case was in READY status back in February 2019. I repeatedly emailed the embassy (ivcasablanca.state.gov) and repeatedly got the canned response. FINALLY on May 14th, they sent me information that his interview appointment was on MAY 28th!!!! The interview letter was dated March 14th, so I am guessing they either never sent the documentation (they had the correct email, mine and his) or something got lost in translation. Luckily we were able to get all the necessary items finished, so he's ready for his interview.

Thank u so much .
Yeap im approved in interview InshALLAH fews day's got my visa

The Moroccan embassy normally does AP for a while before issuing the visa. If you were told that you were approved at the interview and they took your passport, then I'd not be worried. Patience

Normally, it changes from Read for Interview, then Administrative Processing, then Issued. Dates can be update multiple times with same status. It may take awhile after the actually interview conducted to get status change. Also note that It appears visa applicants from Morocco often have long Administrative Processing

If you have done the work to get his US citzenship and US passport (you just say passport and that could mean Moroccan one) he does not have to come
and if you can have someone watch the baby while you interview, it is better not to be trying to care for the child while talking to the CO
good luck to you both

salam alikom ,
as adil-rafa said try to have someone watch the baby for u.and focus on ur interview Embassy already know u have a baby once u applied for his passport even before he gets it. taking him to interview will not serve u by anyway might just get u distracted and cause u to not handle interview very well.its totally different system than Morocco authorities that they need always the person standing in front of their eyes with papers to believe and confirm.US Embassy will have all information about u and ur husband and son on the computer screen any question they will ask u, they know for sure the answer to it.
Good Luck

She said what i was trying to say
and when you come to the US, especially in the north where you are to live many offices do not let children in when you are doing business
An example is babies are not allowed in NY driving license offices
you need to concentrate on the interview
some hints
be completely honest to the CO
know what your husband thinks you will do in the US/ will he think you will be just a housewife and care for the children or will you work outside the home
know your husband, his family, and things about his life like the weather in New Jersey
incha allah you will be approved but know your case will go into AP after the interview
this sometimes is just the week or 2 it takes to prepare the visa on the passport
other times they may ask for additional document like an original of marriage or birth
allah yekbel

Weird, I bring my kids with me everywhere. I read Michelle Obama brought her baby with her to a job interview at Northwestern.
I couldn't find anything about children not being allowed inside NY DMVs. I've been in them when I was a child. In fact, people under 18 are issued IDs and licenses there....

I agree with you on this. My kids were born in the US and they have been living with me for over a year. At the interview the CO asked me where they were and I simply said they were sitting in the car outside with a friend looking after them. To the OP, taking your kid to your interview will be a distraction during your interview and the CO could be annoyed by the fact that you may get distracted. And mind you I did not mention to them at the interview that they were with Me here, yet they looked at my ds260 and knew I have US citizen kids and I am sure background check may have also revealed that the kids came here and are still here, so like people mentioned here, be honest and everything will be fine. Goodluck.

I lived in upstate NY most of my life and if you go to Corning or Elmira or Ithaca motor vehicle offices with a child, you will be turned away

Hanouna morocco reacted to Going through in Should i bring my son with me to intrview
No you don't need to bring your baby son to the interview. Your baby having US citizenship is not going to make a difference in the CO's decision/will not make the CO overlook any problems with your medical exam.
