    1. Yes.
    2.No
    3. Visa waiver
    4. 5. 6. On the paper form, it is pretty straightforward that if the beneficiary is in the State then you will answer these questions. But on the online version, you can answer the last time you was in the US.

    Good luck.

An RFE has a period of time in which to respond and looks like he did
and i hope he kept proof that he sent it out in time
always good to send return receipt or keep the USPS receipt that shows or send UPS or fedex
if he has proof he sent the documents in,  he can reopen the case
usually the mistake an applicant makes is they do not label the documents with case #,  both names and both DOB's in the upper right hand corner of each and every page and USCIS has no idea what to do with the information so check that out by asking him
and he should always keep a copy of what he mails or scans to them

Eww!! Getting emotional and making complainant never solve anything. That totally doesn't make sense but i can understand their feelings a bit.I just hope USCIS speed up their procedure and everyone can get approval!(include me😄)

    you  may consider this
it could be for security of the immigration personal
since people get so emotional in this process and all government offices are concerned with the term "going postal"
i would also send a NY application to Texas and a Texas application to Nebraska

just so applicants were not so close to the office processing their documents that they could slow up with bad intentions

Yeah I don't think its based on where petitioner lives because I live closer to Potomac and Vermont than I do Texas yet Texas is where my petition ended up. Nebraska is so slow right now, I don't understand why they're even still sending petitions there. It doesn't seem like the workload is distributed evenly as it should be.

USCIS disperses petitions based on type generally to certain service centers from the lockbox. For instance, all I-129f petitions (fiance visa petition) go to California center regardless if the person lives in New York or Florida or Texas... They do sometimes transfer petitions also depending on work load or issue with a case. I'm sure yours got sent to the appropriate service center and shouldn't have anything to worry about.

That will work.  My recommended solution is to enter or write ----  You really can also just type No Middle Name, or N/A.  Do not type "None" as that IS a name in more than one language.

You may just have to transfer money to your husband so that he can pay from the US

The funds have to be issued from a US bank or paid with a US credit card. If you have a card based on a US bank then it would be possible, otherwise no you will need to find another way.
