Hi everyone I want your advice if you guys have similar experience as mine....😭 My husband(US citizen) and I submitted I-130 last Apr and got NOA-1 on Apr.26.2019 and there was no updates so far until today. I noticed one email was sent from USCIS and it said that //////QUOTE////// *** DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS E-MAIL *** There has been a recent processing action taken on your case. Receipt Number: LINXXXXXXXXXXX Application Type: I130, PETITION FOR ALIEN RELATIVE Your Case Status: Initial Review On March 16, 2020, we transferred your Form I130, PETITION FOR ALIEN RELATIVE, Receipt Number LIN1990417094, to another office for processing and sent you a transfer notice. The notice explains why we transferred your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your notice by April 15, 2020, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address. //////UNQUOTE//////// What does "Initial Review" mean ?? and does it mean that USCIS would reject our application?? our case was sent and confirmed its receipt Apr.26.2019 so if there were some mistakes, USCIS would have informed us earlier but we haven't heard/ received any notice or request so far. trying not to but really getting nervous....
