Thanks for the feedback. We recieved notice that we were doc qualified back in June 2022. Then they gave us an interview date of 21-July-2023 and notified us on 19-May-2023.
  3. Thanks

Are you a US Citizen, or LPR?  If US Citizen, there should be no interview appointment for the child with only 1 affidavit of support.

I have read that they only accept the vaccines that are provided by the doctor's where you get the medical examination, their office is close to the Cd Juarez USA consulate. I got a few vaccines here where I live in Mexico to then found out that they are not going to accept it

Also I have a question: after you were documentarily qualified how much time did you have to wait for your interview to be scheduled?
  5. Thanks

If you can I would, but also make sure they have a copy for the consulate.

The IR-2 needs her own I-864

My fiancée was approved today without having the COVID shots (even with all of the pushing for applicants to have them prior to medical/interview).

    NOA1 July 6th 2021 - to approved today March 3rd 2023 - 21 months total waiting time for K1.

Technically, police certificates are valid for 2 years from issue date for US immigration purposes.  But the consulate has discretion to ask for more recently-issued police certificates, as you have seen.  I recommend getting a new one to avoid delays from getting 221(g) for it at the visa interview.

It's not clear if you're talking about a US address or not.  If you are, then the applicants should update their intended US address at the interview and confirm it at POE.

Have your beneficiaries update your address which will be their US address at the interview. Provide the new address again at POE.

I had to send a photocopy (you will not receive originals back) and it was fine. I sent the front and back. Make sure you have everything organized. I'll PM with a specific, updated guide, as I find the guides on here are outdated.

Careful study and becoming an A-Student of the I-130 instructions (and all form instructions) will be critical to your ultimate success.  Your question clearly indicates you haven't even looked at those yet.  Do some homework.  You have the answer to THIS question but without doing your homework, you won't know WHAT, you don't know.

Never ever send originals of anything with the I-130. You will not get those back. Always send photocopies of everything unless USCIS contacts you specifically asking for an original. Photocopy the front and back of your birth certificate. Do NOT send the original
