  1. Did you click submit after uploading all the documents?

If you did then I would say call NVC for assistance.

If you did not get the option to click submit then you are missing some documents that needs to be uploaded

If you were instructed to mail documents then that's what the message is referring to thought NVC has done their best to reduce/eliminate documents mailed in

  2. if you are trying to fill out the pdf form and it does not print, you might have one or more issues with you computer, or pdf reader. Rebooting, downloading a fresh copy of the application, trying a different computer or different pdf software are the options I see available to you.

Another option which I think is better is to fill out the application online. I presume you are trying to file the I-130

  3. The form has provision for mailing and residential address.

I would fill out multiple copies, explain the situation and submit the one that makes the most sense to the immigration officer.

I think you will end up submitting the one that has your future home as your residential address.

Just be prepared on the off chance you need the other one.

also yes have the contract just in case too.

    Good luck

  4. They earlier you update your address, the better.

Your case will be sent to an office that has jurisdiction over your home address.

    I don't see a problem.

FYI On some of the USCIS documentation (if I remember clearly), you are supposed to update your address when you move.

Life happens, people move. USCIS understands that

  5. Stop stressing. They clerks at the county almost certainly gave you the correct info about your marriage certificate.

I think that if you are still in doubt, request for certified copy of your marriage certificate as if you lost the original or just want a additional copy.

like my birth certificate, they copy I requested recently was certified and valid like what was give to my parents 30 years ago

  6. For LPR, it is not immediate but if she files now, the case would be processed and pending at NVC for an available visa.

Once she naturalizes, contact NVC to change her status from LPR to citizen and his case will become immediate.

I don't know what the timeline is but I think trying to calculate the timeline is not the best way to go about this.

File now so that by the time she naturalizes about early 2023 his case would have already completed the USCIS and likely NVC stage ready for the embassy interview.

    Hello,

My spouse who is a USC petitioned my son to come here. We got the approval April 2020. I didn't really bother much on processing it yet coz plans changed due to the pandemic. It will expire next month, the 16th if I won't start processing for the immig fees. So I paid it last week. My only concern is, my son's passport is expired already. My mom back home wasn't able to renew it due to the lockdown in our city and senior citizens and kids weren't allowed to go out. They lifted it this month already so my mom was able to get an appt to passport renewal.

My son's passport won't be release before April 16. So that means I wont be able to upload his new passport info in the CEAC portal.

Are they gonna reject or deny the application if I won't be able to provide it by April 16 or the i-130 approval is extended since I already paid the fees.

I'm just on a panic mode right now coz i don't want to go back to zero on processing again. :(

    Any advice will be appreciated.

    Thanks bunch

Paying the fee, restarts the one year clock. It shows that there was contact. That will buy you the time you need.

You can call NVC to confirm.
