hi! Thanks! yes we have this and I went over all the docs that I sent to USCIS and notice that I gave them copy of all the bills that we have both our names on it except for the lease and our application. 

Hi guys,

I need help on this one. I went for my Naturalization interview, passed it but they can't decide on my application yet because they need our Lease copy. When we applied for our apartment, my name was on the application but for whatever reason, they didn't add my name on the lease and very renewal time we always ask for them to add my name but they never did. I can't fault them also since it was our responsibility to refuse to sign the lease since my name was not on it but we did sign anyway. And now we spoke to our landlord but they can't amend our lease in the middle of the contract and add my name though they can provide something in writing that will somehow support our claim that I've been a tenant since day 1. Would that be enough even thought USCIS asked for the our Lease copy?

Is there someone who had the same scenario with me that can help pls?

30 days after my AOS changed it's status to "case is ready to be scheduled for an interview", my AP and EAD changed it's status today from "New Card is being Produced" to "Case was Approved". 

I am like in cloud 9 now. LOL

I saw someone who's case changed to "ready to be scheduled 11 days after sending her RFIE response."

I hope that happens to us also.

The applicant is the non-US Citizen. I sent it through Express, paid $26 but they should receive it tomorrow.

I cannot believe the RFIE is for a copy of birth certificate. First I don't sign the AP and have to send that back and Now I made such a silly mistake? Arghh! Haha

Easy to fix though! 

OMG!! My RFIE is also a copy of my birth certificate. LOL  I think the person working on our case is the same. Haha

Yeah same date for us, just wish I knew what it was for so we could prepare. It'll suck if it needs to be something like a document we have to go out on public for at my husband had lung cancer so we have to be extra cautious. Hoping it'll be a tax thing or something

Let's hope for the best! I already have an idea on the reason of our RFIE and it is already ready lol I just hope I am right so I can send it immediately. When did you find out that you have RFIE?

21 days after my biometrics, I received a notification of RFIE. Frustrating but happy because it only means that our case is not just sitting on someone's table. LOL

Thank you! BTW, I received a letter from them again for the biometrics appointment which is on Feb. 19 but it is only for my AP and EAD nothing for AOS. Is it normal or I still have to wait for my AOS?

Hi guys! We sent our AOS packet last Jan. 23, received a text notification on 30th and NOA1 came to our mailbox today with the notice date of Jan. 30 also. I guess that makes us January filers.

Hi guys, my case showed Ready in CEAC since July 25 and until now I still didn't receive my P3. What should I do? Nothing in Spam folder also. My embassy is Abu Dhabi.
