    AMS13 got a reaction from B&C2017 in All Nebraska I-130 Filers -- Part 6
    Hey Everyone,
I know I haven't been posting updates here, but we're all truly busy during these times. I hope all is well and you're safe.
I'll respond shortly .. but so you'd know what's happening: the word is that service centers are more in favor of processing IOE applications than paper applications .. for obvious safety reasons.
You can ask for expedite, or make inquires .. you'll end up with either answers: expedite denied (unless truly valid) or the wait 60 days bla bla-letter.
All I can tell you is that their processing is slower than before .. I saw them process a day's quota of cases (in normal days) over 3-4 days, that is 1/3 of the normal processing. Sometimes that changed a bit, give or take.
We all need to be patient, period.

Thank you. Hope you guys are doing well too.

    More updates to come soon!

"Jurisdiction" is no longer a valid term. It's more about "load balancing" nowadays, in consideration with as less as possible contact with "paper-filed cases", at least cases that were physically filed during the pandemic. Other than that, you're good!

IOE cases are the fastest ... the end.

    UPDATE:
    Following up on cases remaining:
    8.70% in Jan.
    16.70% in Feb.
    19.30% in Mar.
    31.80% in Apr.
    50.18% in May.
    54.02% in Jun.

For those who lost hope and/or cannot wait for their case to be approved/processed .. join the club!
But know this: it's almost useless to have your case approved and U.S. embassies are still closed .. although it's better than nothing. So, delay in this case may actually be a positive thing .. instead of having the year expiration count down on your case starting soon.

    That's mostly classified. 😎
But I can tell you this right now: USCIS or Embassy, they will use any public information available, including social media, as well as any criminal database records available to any 3-letter agency, including FBI and DHS, etc. There's also the chance that they might be looking into intelligence received from other countries. So, no one really knows.
But, what are you afraid of anyway? If you're all good, then you're good right? Just saying.
If you're asking about the length of the process .. It probably takes very long because they receive thousands of requests on a daily basis and they can only handle so much. Talk about bureaucratic inter-agency relations.

    UPDATE:
In the past 2 days there have been a couple of changes:
In the first day, had the minimalist processing ever.
In the second day (today), the highest amount of I-129F denials took place, which means a lot of those applications are being processed.
Jan and Feb (and anything before that from 2018) received a not so bad amount of processing.
The rest of the months took more focus though.
Overall, I've seen approvals in 85~95% of ALL cases. So, good news for a lot of people already as it seems.
    Will post statistics later .

    Following up on cases remaining:
    13.33% in Jan.
    28.70% in Feb.
    33.20% in Mar.
    71.40% in Apr.
    89.30% in May.
    71.10% in Jun.
    * These are almost two weeks worth of statistics.
    * These suggest that April is currently the fastest in processing, however, April, May, and June are almost all equal in processing. March has a steady-ish rate. But Jan and Feb are declining.
    * Over 1200 cases were recently transferred, in May, in preparation for processing/approval.

    UPDATE:
Yesterday's yield was one of the highest case processing, and more so for approvals. Actually, I've never seen so many approvals in one day, except once!
Anyway, good news for everyone I hope .. will post some statistics later.

Yes, there is. For green card holders filing for their spouses .. does that apply to you? or did you mark this in your petition by mistake? Check if you have copies.
However, if the answer is NO to both questions, and you're sure 100% of this clear error, then you are qualified for an expedite based on the grounds of a "clear USCIS error". All you have to do is call USCIS, confirm the transfer to CSC, and IF this is the case, then directly and immediately ask to expedite the case and mention this category and explain the situation .. you don't even have to convince the officer on the call.
Let us know how it goes.

    33.89% in Feb.
    41.88% in Mar.
    81.80% in Apr.
    95.13% in May.
    73.41% in Jun.
From this, you might think that the order of focus is April, March, Feb, Jan, and June. But this is WRONG
However, the amount of actual processing (number of cases) was so HUGE for cases from June, March and April .. compared to Jan and Feb.
Of course, there are cases approved from 2018 too. But I never mention these anymore.
